This is so true, but they ask by the name of Allah and if you its not right and if you give then its as you said supporting beggars, and later for 3 4 days it remains in your heart you feel guilty that you didnt give them something because they asked by the name of Allah

Ya.. but my point is why dnt you try to enable them, instead of giving 10 or 20 rs.. which will not help him in real sense.. so we should help and facilitate them to work or start their own small set up for the sake of Allah...
