Hello Sir, I appreciate the information you provided. Can you please explain how an e-commerce seller can close a BRC through AD bank in the following scenario: The seller sells a product valued at $50 to a buyer "Mr. X". The shipping bill/ Invoice is generated with the name and address of "Mr. X", but the seller receives the payment from Etsy instead of "Mr. X". The amount is then transferred to Paypal and then to AD bank. However, the seller's AD bank received only (INR 3000, approximately $37.5) against this sale. After deducting platform fees, processing fees, and other charges, the AD bank also charges INR 700-1000 for closing or verifying each BRC/IRM. Due to mismatched invoice buyer details (Mr. X) and payer details (ETSY / Paypal) and a mismatch between the invoice amount ($50) and the received amount (INR 3000, approximately $37.5), the AD bank is rejecting to close/verify the BRC/IRM. Given these complexities, what steps can be taken to resolve this issue?

1- Up to 25% waive off permitted by RBI 2- Beyond that you need to get RBI Approval through AD Bank 3- If No Foreign Remittance recd., you need to payback all export incentives on that and RBI Approval also needed to close your SB.
