Export Reaction from ETABS to SAFE | Civil Engineering

sir i am using safe 2021, when i import the reaction from etab 2020 , safe software automatically create the base level and storey 1 , and i am not able to model into base level ..why

hello, when I imported from etabs to safe, it is not showing Loads,why?. I am using Etabs21.0.1. and safe20.3.0
