EXPOSED! Psychologist Says Amber Heard LIED About Her Symptoms! Johnny Depp VINDICATED! | Day 9 RECAP
Andy Signore Popcorned Planet discusses the latest news from the Johnny Depp trial 2022 / Johnny Depp Amber Heard Trial 2022!
Excerpt from the Daily Mail
'If I don't walk away it's going to be a bloodbath.' Johnny Depp is heard arguing with 'fat a**' Amber Heard in audio played in court as the actor resumes testimony in $100m defamation trial
Johnny Depp was back on the stand Monday in his $100million defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard
The court heard a number of audio recordings of Depp and Heard arguing - it was not clear who took each one but it was one of the parties
'The next move, if I don't walk away, it's just going to be a bloodbath. Like it was on the island, it's not worth it. Why be miserable, can we just have some understanding?' Depp said
During another recording Heard and Depp can be heard arguing, when Depp shouts: 'You're a f**king c**t!'
Depp is suing Heard for $50 million over a piece she wrote in the Washington Post in which she described how she had been a victim of d*mestic ab*se
She is countersuing for $100 million claiming Depp libeled her by calling her a liar

I am actually jealous that Amber, who will not appreciate it, got to meet with someone who is so capable and talented in psychology. While so many people struggle with just finding someone who has an opening in their calendar that also actually takes your insurance. I am glad she is there to help. That psychologist was selling herself and her services which is what the most expensive psychologists do very well. Don’t buy into lie that great therapy has to be unaffordable. I find expensive psychologists like this lady very repugnant as they only help to make mental health care more expensive for the great majority. The reality is that people are their own best health care advocate, both physically and mentally, and are ultimately responsible for working hard to be healthy.

I wouldn't be surprised if Social Services becomes involved after this case, especially because of the audio where she admits to hitting JD. Let's be honest though, she is not raising that child. That's what Eve and the nanny are for. That child is a prop for her with the media and a lure for a partner that will tolerate her out of love for the child.

That's why I hope she gets help for this disorder and takes it seriously. If she recognises and gets help for this people will eventually start to forgive and show her a little respect. Bit she needs to do this for herself and that baby. Not feeling sorry for her by any means at all, but this child of hers needs her to be mentally healthy for sure . People who act this way don't act this way for no reason, and it's Disgusting what she had done to Johnny, I wish him every success and hope he can move on and also get help for, let's face it, prob had a touch of PTSD himself going through all this and having what his mom did to him resurface when she died. Would have been so conflicted 😭. And dealing with this bs ontop of that. Poor man ❤️❤️ justice for JD ❤️❤️

BPD sufferer here. Can confirm - that is how my brain works. I've lost so many friends and loved ones to my BPD, but the ones who stayed were absolutely foundational in me getting better. It took 3 years - THREE. YEARS. of intense, personal therapy with EMDR in order to function as a person. I really, really, really didn't know who I was until about 2018 -- and I'm 35 this year. That's a long time to not know who you are. I was severely abused as a child, and I unfortunately also have DID, and PTSD as well. Luckily, with medication and therapy - I am so much better, and my amazing, loving, supportive, super-human husband is the reason I am well today. He is the one who got me help and kept me going. I now have DBT skills that help me go "No one hates you, Val - people are just late, or busy, or have things to do. No worries. Don't jump to conclusions." I used to not let my husband walk away because of the abandonment feeling, but now I'm so down with it and he can get his walk on, and I can calm down, and we get to come back together and talk - and it's so much better. I am a happy, functioning person who knows exactly who I am now. Can confirm 100% - I changed my personality to fit in, and it was like that book The Mixed up Chameleon by Eric Carle. So happy to be my own crazy colors. :D

Amber’s lawyer gave a perfect example of how untreated BPD effects us in reality. Amber exaggerated the reality of the husband sending muffins to Amber, and then told that exaggerated reality to her lawyer as what Amber believes as truth, and then her lawyer says that reality in cross examination as truth, when it is a typical exaggeration of BPD reality. And so the lawyer now has egg on her face for believing the exaggerated reality of Amber. We should support people who have BPD who are seeking treatment and help, such as Pete Davidson who is open about it. But by not owning it and getting treatment for it, we continue to clog family courts that cost tax payers billions with people who have these untreated and undiagnosed real Illnesses.

Shannon was SPOT ON!! She eloquently and professionally described AHs personality and perfectly put to words the traits we've all seen in recordings, depositions, etc. I'm absolutely disgusted at Scambers assumption that the world will automatically support her simply because she's a woman claiming to be a victim of DV. As a victim myself, none of her behaviors and testimony (she's a terrible actress) makes any sense whatsoever. It's f*cking offensive. The double standard in society and the justice system is sickening. DV does not only happen to women. A man becomes the victim and he has to spend years and millions in an attempt to get some justice...and even then, his name will never be fully cleared. That is a stain that never goes away! A woman on the other hand, all they have to do is make the claim, no evidence needed, and the "abuser" is crucified and guilty until proven innocent. It has to stop. I hope JD wins this and sets a new precedent. P.S. I cheered when Shannon called AH out for FAKING and grossly exaggerating her symptoms. We all knew this already, but I felt vindicated, hearing it from a professional. Imagine how vindicated JD felt. A quick something I noticed during the muffin argument...the way AH exaggerated Shannon's comments about her husband and the muffins just totally solidifies EVERYTHING she said about AHs gross exaggeration to make others seem more wrong when there was no slight to begin with. I can hear Amber now, telling her lawyer dramatically "She actually TOLD ME that she TOLD her HUSBAND that she was seeing ME...He even cooked *GASP* MUFFINS just for ME! @@jays9541 @Jay S 😂😂😂 Couch, muffins, mega pint...in that order. As soon as I heard AHs lawyer try to drag this muffin/husband thing out of the psychologist, it just hit me...all of the BPD/Histrionic traits, it all makes perfect sense. AHs attorney said "You were so excited about this case that you told your husband that you were interviewing Ms Heard...you were so excited that you actually TOLD Ms. Heard that you told your husband." Shannon then responded: "That is absolutely inaccurate." AHs attorney said: "You're under oath saying that's not what you said." Shannon again reiterated that that statement is completely untrue (Heard obviously lied and exaggerated that conversation to her lawyers.) Then the lawyer began with her muffin investigation. It stood out to me as just another example of AH grossly exaggerating the facts and telling her lawyers about how this psychologist was SO excited to interview HER that she's blabbing to her husband and bringing HER muffins.

@@pamc1139 Hi dear Pam, this story is hard for us survivors. 25 years ago in Portugal I had no police, law or family to help me. Now law is radically favouring women. Unfortunately I saw DV the other side around from my mother towards my Dad and me in the 70's and no one would believe us at the time😔
@Karamarika
@Karamarika 2 жыл бұрын
I don't feel like the law favors women. I think the courts (and the court of public opinion) still favor women. But it makes sense that they would because women are generally the weaker of the two in the situation, plus men are generally more aggressive physically than women, which makes it most likely to be true if a woman claims to be a victim of DV. However, this makes it extremely easy for women to provide a false story and have that story believed. I think what should be done is to punish people who have been proven to have lied to law enforcement and the courts about DV - no matter which gender they are. If you make a false claim, there should be hefty consequences for doing so. It should be the same consequences that the person who was originally accused faced or would have faced. Similar to the issue with Jussie Smollett. He should have been charged with a hate crime and should have received the same consequences that the white men would have received for what they didn't do, had they existed to begin with. The longer we keep doing nothing to deter false claims, the longer they will keep occurring. Plus it's impossible to unring that bell once you hit it. The accused will continue to suffer consequences even if they prove they did not do it.

Most men cant even remember their children's birthdays let alone what dress someone wore or what make up (luminous or not) Even Johnny couldn't help laughing So ridiculous No one saw Amber Heard with cuts or bruises on her face, but they did see injuries on Johnny. Psychologists aren’t board certified; psychiatrists are. The difference is that board certification allows for the prescription of medication. Psychiatrists are MDs/DOs while psychologists are PhDs. While both are “doctors”, one practices medicine and the other doesn’t which differentiates a “doctor” (aka someone with a doctorate) from a “physician” (aka someone with a medical doctorate aka MD/DO). The fact that Elaine tries to use this as a “gotcha moment” is laughable to anyone who knows this very basic difference which she should’ve known BEFORE presenting her questions like she should’ve known the release date of that makeup palette. Amber’s team is so ill prepared I’m surprised the judge still lets them speak.

He was so lost in "The Bermuda Triangle" he had no idea what Storm she had actually been brewing. She took his qualities and generosity and turned them into weakness's to add to her arsenal... She's into Girl's??!! Depp was a goal for Financial and Popularity Gain. She rushed the wedding, No Time for a Pre-Nup... Jetting off to London the following day to make Set...?? He DID agree to her ways. I promise you, this rush to leave his family, to a Pop Up/No Nup Wedding... Part of her Web Weaving... To Audio taping, when at his most vulnerable, pre-set Button Pushing, prior to hitting the Record Button... Part of the Web, Set Up. She Used him from the start, encouraged all her Peeps to use him, too? No integrity, No gratitude. Playing the victim, publicly... like campaigning for election. She has used her beauty and sexuality to manipulate men and others to get her way, probably before puberty. Her personality has twisted into this ungenuine, self-absorbed orbit of childishness and greed. It is a tragic by product of poor parenting during her developmental stages of childhood, which picked up sails and has turned her into a destructive being that is not in control of her true spirit. Beauty will fade. Bridges have burned and will smolder. She'll cast a web again, again and again, Like the Greek Siren's, she can Steer a Man's vessel, life to wreckage on the rocks....

Some his witness I just can't believe some of them his security guard was honest there's a few other words telling the truth but other ones that was saying I don't recall I don't recall that's crazy I'm not for either one of them but there's a lying going . Then the witnesses that he does have that can't recall anything give me a break. I don't know how this is going to turn out but I figure he'll win. Relationships are hard enough when you throw I'll call a drugs into it they includes her with drinking you are going to have a mess on your hands. I've been in a relationship with a drug addict it's hell on Earth I'm the one that left. Several points to argue of how he has a strong case to win here, 1) Several witnesses stating that they did not see injuries on Amber around the alleged DV that occurred 2) a witness that testified that Amber rarely puts on make up let alone well enough to disguise any bruising 3) Audio footage of her yelling at him and sound of her assaulting him with no indication of him retaliating 4) her trying to get footage when he was upset and proceeding to goad him into violence then laughing about it. 5) statements from a charity whom she promised to pledge 3.5 Million dollars to that she has not fulfilled her promises hence exposing her propensity to lie 6) a psych evaluation from a forensic psychologist that reports she displays signs of a personality disorder that predisposes her to exaggerate any perceived slights to her character 7) inconsistent defence and contradictory evidence I.e. her use of a makeup kit she used to disguise her bruising that doesn’t exist at the time the alleged abuse 8) witnesses sworn under oath who know Johnny’s character including his own shortcomings I,e. The drugs addiction but not once implicating him to having a violent nature whether under the influence or not.

That’s not true. Behaviors can be changed. Hence the reason for behavioral therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy. Amber seems to have what’s considered a personality disorder. Personality disorders can be treated, but it requires therapy, not medication. What you have probably gotten yourself confused about is the belief that a person’s personality is fixed, and cannot be changed. It is said that our personality develops in the first 8 years of our life. Behaviors are different from personalities. Likewise, thoughts, and thought disorders also differ. Borderline personality disorder is notoriously one of the most difficult types of disorder for therapists to deal with. It is very difficult to get them to commit to regular treatment, let alone commit to therapy in the first place.

Being a person with Borderline Personality Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder as well as well as Anxiety Disorder and a victim of childhood abuse, and chronic physical health problems (suspected to having a large impact on my mental health), I feel as though the synopsis of BPD on the stand by the obviously a well educated forensic psychologist who did her job, with extensive and articulate and utilizing some symptoms of BPD, it is not a true representation for all of BPD mental health symptoms. We are not all violent physically or verbally like AH, and even though relationships are difficult with a BPD person, extensive therapy instead of medication which is known to be ineffective for BPD. We are NOT all like AH with BPD! Look into Marsha Lineham, an expert, for DBT skills training for BPD. I respect the psychologist’s hardwork and opinion. It’s a hard process to diagnosis of BPD. But the names of these diagnoses make us seem “crazy”, a complete stigma.

Any mental health clinician can recognize Amber’s many cluster B traits - she’s got primarily borderline traits but with some other personality disorder traits mixed in- it’s a spectrum. But the most prominent overwhelming symptoms create the actual diagnosis. BPD is highly treatable! But Narcissistic, Histrionic and Antisocial are harder because they naturally tend to manipulate anyone they interact with… and Amber seems to have mixed traits from some or all of these.

@@tinnitusisnotmusic6807 To me, the defendant seems to exhibit several traits of malignant narcissism. Love bombing, gaslighting, mirroring others, baiting and trapping others, blocking exits, and exaggerating symptoms and injuries, etc. are traits more aligned with NPD. In this toxic brew, even death, detox, and severed appendages did not deter the defendant's demands for the injured person to engage them in whatever drama was being spun. No amount of any involvement satisfies the endless drain of people with NPD traits. People around people with NPD traits usually leave utterly depleted, defeated, dazed, and damaged. The plaintiff is fortunate to have resources to leave and disengage from the defendant. The plaintiff has access to private expert treatment and professional support.

@@tinnitusisnotmusic6807 This. Highly manipulative people are rarely BPD. Unfortunately they tend to be so good at hiding their manipulative side, and only the rage and maladaptive behaviors get seen which leads to an incorrect BPD diagnosis. BPD is so badly stigmatized by doctors, and part of it is because of these manipulative people being misdiagnosed and lumped in with us.

@@tinnitusisnotmusic6807 that’s totally understandable- I should have clarified that I saw repeated traits in the total description of her life and relationships, not THIS specific relationship. She could never be representative of BPD - I think she’s just a shitty person who happens to also have BPD/HPD or Mixed cluster B traits. Her awful behavior in the relationship and the dispute are SOLELY her responsibility - and her bad choices and public facing behavior is damaging to the rest of the population she shares any diagnosis with.

1. Wow, seriously impressed with this Forensic Psychologist. She gave good evidence and also gave AH lawyer a good run for her money. 2. Can not see how AH can recover publicly & professionally from this trial & the Dr's Evidence !! 3. Also watched another video of Dr's evidence & noticed the guy behind JD & Ben seemed to smirking during quite a bit of the testimony when the Psychologist was correcting the lawyer lol

Her female lawyer is surely playing up his extravagant lifestyle for example mentioning his yacht and adding "the one he's selling to AJ Roling (whatever name of Harry Potter author )? mentioning the kids wanted off yacht repeatedly saying "by helicopter". All these are details that don't pertain to anything in this case.

Think they are trying to play down the thread of Amber upsetting children. Her Lawyer is claiming Paul Bettany never met Ms Heard , so she can’t have upset Paul’s son when the family visited JD’s island.

Apparently theres many people on earth ,who shouldnt have kids for different reasons (amber is one of them...) and sadly enough kids who do grow up with those type of parents. While some very good ppl (who always wanted kids) do not get to have kids (bcs of hormonal disorders for example etc or other reasons) ... Sad truth... and i honestly dont think they will take away the child...

Oh, come on. Do you have any idea how many people have borderline personality disorder and other personality disorders? Do you suggest CPS/DCFS investigate them, too? Do you suggest that anyone suspected of having a personality disorder take an MMPI in custody and DV cases, among others? MMPIs must be analyzed by licensed psychologists in conjunction with diagnostic interviews. Where do we find these people? Where do we find additional child protective workers?

I think in one of your pre videos, you said something like -it’s a shame this has become all about who drank more. Everybody is allowed to drink. I understand that Depp’s team needs to equalize the drinking since her team opened the door about substance abuse, but it’s so silly and now they’re basically invalidating their argument that Johnny had blackouts and beat her from doing drugs when we now know that she did drugs too. Of course her drug use and partying is “girl fun with friends”
