Me and my wife went outside the court. No evidence of signs that says "burn the witch" or "death to Amber" on that day. There was not 6 blocks of people. She left with her car window closed and went the other direction from the crowd. She could not have seen or heard anything. I have a video recorded of the crowd that day.

As someone who was also at court for a couple of days, I concur. There were no negative signs about Amber. The most that happened was some booing when she drove past and the car windows were rolled up. There were also some Amber supporters in the crowd as well. She's just hell bent on painting herself as a victim and remaining the center of attention. Most people in the crowd were there to support Johnny and had signs that said as much.

100 per cent. Elaine went out to do damage control and when faced with even the response of the anchors seemed kinda baffled like if they just explained enough so Amber is like you did it wrong, let me do it. But even Savannah wasn't buying it and I think did a good job of trying to be gentle and diplomatic but still asked the questions we wanted her to. AH seemed to take the hint then and just get quiet for a while. Or finally listened to her publicist.

It’s definitely confusing to say the least. One would hope that when someone destroyed you with their lies, that after you sued and won your defamation case, they’d be shut down. It would not only be a good thing for the victim, but the public, and even the liar as they’d at least be forced to shut up. I hate to think AH is going to continue the lying and defamatory attacks on JD. This is one mixed up woman I hope disappears into the world of anonymity.

@@anneo7890 She is re-publishing the same accusations that were ruled defamatory, but I bet my right arm JD won't sue her again and she knows it. He got what he wanted. Plus if she was sued again she would have a good argument against damages because nobody believes her anymore. Interviews like this aren't hurting JD anymore. Her credibility is completely gone. This is Amber sending a message to Johnny in my opinion. She wants him to know, just like all abusers do, that she is NEVER GOING AWAY. "You think you're gonna walk out on me and not pay forever?? I don't give a damn Johnny, I'm here and I'll never stop defaming you and harassing you. NO MATTER THE CONSEQUENCES I WILL NEVER STOP!" THAT, in my opinion, is what she's conveying here. Plain and simple, if I can't have you, no one will, mentality. She's a very disturbed person and I wouldn't take this lightly if I were Johnny. I'd go hard at her again until she stopped if it were me. WE'RE ALREADY THERE, SO LET'S KEEP GOING!! ❤️

Yeah, I think her saying "I want to move on" is just "I want to get away with the defamation". People who tell the truth about rapists and domestic abusers don't generally want to just "move on" because its pretty hard to "move on" from trauma. Just think about it, personally, as a woman who was in a DA relationship & endured attempted rape, I'd be *eager* to prove what they did to me & ensure no woman ever endures that kind of abuse again. But, she didn't suffer abuse and was actually the abuser herself, so 'please move on everyone, nothing to see here'. Very frustrating.

@ Skulls Ain't Dead People who are REAL VICTIMS and are telling the truth do want to move on. We don't really get over it but once we get away from our abusers we do want to move on and never have to deal with them again. God, I've never seen someone come across as so insincere. How can someone who acts for a career be so bad at faking trauma and empathy? Cringe. So uncomfortable. I was a victim of DA and attempted rape and the mere thought of someone not believing me was enough to cause severe distress, tears, shaking (I remember coming home after the attempt and being terrified to tell my loving parents because - oh god - what if they don't believe me). Course, they and everyone else, did believe me, it was the truth, even the guy apologised totally out of the blue on fb a couple years later during MeToo. She's just making it worse by putting her voice/face out there. She's an abuser, not a victim.

I disagree, AH comes across as older, a bit wiser and more vulnerable than when she was younger, wilder and truely did not give a crap about her fierce attitude. I think maybe people were being really mean towards her, peer pressure to crush her spirit and force her to be her ex husband's ideal of love, which cannot work in an arena that is based on making money, lots of it.
@skullsaintdead
@skullsaintdead Жыл бұрын
@@michaelgrant6032 I really don't think she was pressured into anything, if at all, she was the one pressuring JD into the marriage (and no pre-nup because she attacked him so much, he had to give up, hence Australia and her chopping off the top of his finger). I watched the trial, every day. The evidence against her was unsurmountable. I truly came into it thinking this was probably just a toxic relationship, both sides at fault. I came out of it thinking she is cruel and callous and manipulative and JD was an innocent victim, one in a long line of victims of AH (he had to defend AH's attacks on her sister). It doesn't matter if people were 'mean' to her, her behaviour is unacceptable. No one gets to act like that. Imagine if your partner emotionally and physically abused you, lied about being SA'd & assaulted by you, chopped off your finger, hit you across the face (witnessed by security guards), threw shit at you (witnessed by security guards), manipulated and controlled you into making you feel worthless and isolated and alone. Imagine telling your partner (who you'd just hit), mockingly "Go tell the world, that I Johnny Depp, am a victim of domestic abuse."... It's appalling.

@@skullsaintdead Too squeamish and fickle to be a toughy. A feint heart never won a fair hand, she's probably really upright and hyper sensitive, tis all. Not Amber's fault, remember this is Hollywood, they want superficial transparent vacuous egotistical money hungry women. By the way I did have a partner who abused me regularly. I encouraged it so she could feel confident and strong. I never touched her once, she'd get me drunk and I'd get her to punch my head in and knock me about, she enjoyed it thoroughly. She broke a metal brooch on my face. She'd rake her nails across my back drawing blood and leaving large scrapes. Or cut my legs with her pink ladyshavers and drink my blood in her black coffee. My mum used to cry all the time because I'd come home black and blue but never said anything - 'been in a fight?' She'd ask. No I would say. This girlfriend would slap me really hard Infront of her friends to show who was in control, burn me with cigarettes and lighters and even bought a sharp sheath knife from Switzerland (which never got used). She stopped getting bullied by her peers and even had fights with them and punched her best friend in the face. She had been abused by her father sexually so I'd get her to come out of her shell and not bottle it up. She was as cruel as she was sexual, she poisoned me, fucked her dogs (found pet fur inside her genitalia whilst. She forced me to perform oral by strangulation and suffocation using my leather belt or a plastic bag or pillow) shared a dildo with her sister and cheated on me at the first opportunity (even with my best friend) - everyone knew her as 'cunt' including her friends. Eventually she had an abortion (stopped taking the pill) and left, I think as usual the guy with the bigger dick out there somewhere got her pregnant even though she said the kid was mine as they do thinking they can hang on to a big willy by having his kid, I was devastated. Never saw her again, she walked into my life as she left it. No one like her. Your only young once, years later I met one of her friend's who burst into tears and stated 'I feel so sorry for you, that girl was such a cunt you do not know the half of it's which kind of confirmed my worst fears. I am 65 years old. I have seen women like Amber Heard back when I was in high school, nursing school. business college. They are so easy to spot if you know the clues.. Poor Amber, how high on the victim scale will she go? If she were smart, She would admit that she lied, that she was wrong and that she was so hurt emotionally by Johnny that she felt she needed to destroy him as she felt emotionally destroyed. People would forgive her eventuallly.. Most humiliating? She has done this before on a smaller scale.. find old boyfriends when she was a teen.. I would bet that she did similar shit to them.

Do you think a person who has repeatedly been punched, slammed to the ground, isabusive for sticking up for themselves after over a year of being physically abused? Let's take johnny and amber out of the equation for a second: if a partner was beating his wife for over a year, and she eventually defends herself by hitting him, why is she given abuser status but not the person who physically abused her for over a year? You know l, as someone who has survived domestic abuse I like that the point was made that those signs wouldn't have impacted her more than the abuse itself! If the worst thing she experienced was the signs at the trial or the social media videos then she wasn't abused.. But.... someone needs to address the fact that a great majority of DV survivors don't believe her! We are a tight group that supports each other who have experienced the same things we have. Horrible stories of abuse and terror are shared amongst us, and there is ALWAYS a rallying of support for each other as we talk through our experiences so we can grow and heal… Even regarding decisions and actions that the general public, i.e. those that have not experienced DV, can't understand, such as staying in the relationship, subjecting our kids to it, believing our abuser, etc... so I ask… why do other survivors believe she is full of it... In my experience when one survivors shares their experience with another there is complete understanding and unmitigated support. So are we supposed to believe that Amber heard is a 'special case' and other survivors don't believe her because Johnny is famous?... I don't think so. It wouldn't happen! We don't believe her because nothing she says, and the evidence presented, tells us rhat she is not being truthful. Her behaviors, words, body language, etc. Are not consistent of the same things in real survivors. She is not an anomaly. Yes, everyone responds in their own way to experiences,,, but there is always, ALWAYS, some shred of commonality! That is why we don't believe her!! Not Johnny. Not social media. Not witnesses. Her.. Amber herself is why she is not believable!

This woman clearly needs professional psychiatric help. Her reality and definition of the truth in no way reflect facts and evidence in court. My heart aches for her daughter. It is my sincere hope she gets the medical/psychiatric help she needs and just moves on if not for herself than for her daughter.

If she knew everyone was lying and she was really abused, she would absolutely say “they are all lying!” She wouldn’t be coy avoiding it and saying I’m not going to say that or throw anyone under the bus. She did that under oath and here in this interview.

Everything about her and how she projects herself is calculated and manipulative. The way she dresses, talks and emotes. It's all machinated. There have been countless of interviews of her from during the time she claimed she was being abused. She spoke normally and dressed normally. But now, whenever she is in front of the camera, she is in victim mode where she seems to think she has to project this overly dramatic and sober façade. She does not know how an actual survivor behaves and so she manufactures an approximation of it in her mind. She tries too hard to sell this idea. Someone who has gone through such tragedy would not act this way.

It's so weird. Watching the James Cordon interview, she at least comes across like a normal person (albeit talking about light, talk-show subjects). But during the trial, and whenever she talks about this real-life stuff, she comes across as so theatrical and conniving that she's bordering on sociopath. It's like the harder she tries to be authentic, the more apparent it becomes that she has deep deficiencies in her character. Edit: I think it was because the talk show banter was mapped out and planned ahead of time. But during these interviews and on the stand, she was required to "improvise." Actually respond in real time to questions she hadn't anticipated.

Amber says she never lied, but the audio tapes are not consistent with her testimony. So either she lied then or she lied in court. Either way she lost because she lied and cannot expect the jury to know which is true and which is false and they are inclined not to believe the version the liar wants them to believe.

@Psychological Projectionist OMGOSH!! You’re so right AND even with the audio tapes she tried to gaslight us into believing that what we heard on the tapes was WRONG & what SHE heard on the tapes was RIGHT!!!! I remember one specifically where she tried to say “I explained that on the tapes if you’d just listen….,” I believe it was the one where she denied that she & Johnny were arguing about her birthday & Coachella. She tried to gaslight us into believing that they were in a hotel & that it was a mediation meeting. I can see where someone who lives with a narcissist, BPD, etc. would start to think they they themselves were going crazy just from all of the gaslighting. She would even lie about insignificant details, regardless of the evidence. All she needed to do was tell the truth & maybe things would not have gone so badly for her…she would have still lost because of the evidence, but she would have a new, real beginning.BLESSINGS!!

@@judilyntravis1660 Indeed, she lied “Here, There and Everywhere”. If she says “I am not a victim” and then she says “I’m not a perfect victim”, then “I never lied”. At least 2 out of three statements have to be false. To me what marks her out as a liar are the confidence with which she asserts things she cannot possible be sure of. That shows a careless disregard to for the truth of what she says. The leaking of the kitchen cabinet video for example. By saying it was not her or her team that leaked, she has to know how it was leaked, and yet at the same times she only knows how it wasn’t leaked. However we know it was leaked. This is the equivalent to software engineer, on discovering a malfunction, declaring that the software does not have a bug that could cause the malfunction. They could be right, but they would have knowledge of the cause of the malfunction, before they could say it confidently.

It frustrates me how Elaine and now her keep complaining about social media influencing the jury when they brought hashtags into evidence. Even if every juror stayed off the internet and TV and spent their nights reading paperbacks, their expert witness told the jury that social media was heavily in Johnny's favor.

I can honestly look her in the eyes and say, I saw nothing that couldn't be directly related to things you said and did in the court proceedings. She treats the public like she treated the jury, she assumes emotionalising everything is evidence. The jury saw insufficient real evidence to support her claims. It's so manipulative what she does and says.

my reaction to her answers summed up in three words: what the fuck? She's mad deep in her lies, she's soooo fucking scared of what will happen if she admits anything. At this point, I'm convinced even the best therapists would not get her to face reality no matter how long or how hard they'd try. edit: after watching the whole thing, I think that woman is just not nearly as smart as she think she is and that's why she's constantly taking very strong risks that don't go well and make her look even less credible. A big thing with the narcissists I knew was how brilliant and better than others they thought they were when it came to who's right and who should get the better end of the stick. At this point she probably feels entitled to being recognized as "the strong survivor" and she genuinely doesn't get why it's not happening.

AH says that DV victims, when they're fearing for the their life, don't have the emotional tools to deal with the situation like she or Savanna has. ??? Doesn't that mean that she's not the victim then? Cause if she has the tools then she can't be the one being abused. Correct??

Narcissists like Amber are totally affronted by rejection . They just dont cope with it . To be rejected IS THE MOST hurtful thing to them . It enrages them to the point of deep rage . And they never , never forget and bear grudges " until their dying day " I know this from personal experience as I was married to one .

I know it's not likely to happen, but I would love to see Judge Azcarate issue a sua sponte injunction preventing Amber or Elaine from making further statements defaming the court, the jury, Johnny Depp or his lawyers or expert witnesses. Amber would violate the order of course and eventually be involuntarily admitted into psychiatric care.

And again, blaming everyone but herself. And continuing to lie... this is infuriating!! Why won't she just stop already???

I was there nearly every morning, there were no death to Amber or burn the witch signs. There were some poop emojis, a few signs supporting Amber, mostly Justice for Johnny, we love Johnny or We believe Johnny. It was ONE street, from the intersection by Red Hot & Blue to the gate where the back door is. There was an adorable girl one day dressed as “Amber Turd” it was not threatening 😂 People did boo her and often yelled “why did you poo the bed” or “ you shit the bed”. I personally didn’t see any signs like that nor did I see anyone get rude with her supporters even when they yelled in Depp fans faces with a megaphone. I went to support JD for fighting when they told him he was only going to make himself look bad. I think it’s important what he did. I had 2 SA cases in that very courthouse and I wasn’t heard because I was the outcast and my mom was a dealer. I’m proud for what he did. I wanted to show my appreciation for that. Victims shouldn’t be guilty or less deserving because of our flaws. I didn’t go because of a pirate and it’s damn insulting for her team to flat out say that.
