"GOD doesn't require us to vote for either political party and neither party is more Christian than the other, so no one gets to tell us that if we vote one way that we're voting to allow and endorse sin, that's non-sense. As Christians we're supposed to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ even to sinners and not judge or condemn people, obviously it doesn't seem like we're all on the same page in terms of lifting all people up.

If you grow up with doors opening historically because of your skin color. If you are told all your life that you are above others because you have porcelain skin these changing times are going to challenge you. I don’t know if these Pastors have racist hearts but they are not blind to how the world is changing. There is a deep need to hold on to white supremacy and white privilege. This has been passed down generationally. How the world is shifting makes many feel that they are losing control. This is the real battle. How can decedents of the African or any other minority diaspora rise up and be smarter, wiser, and more equip than them? It’s baffling to them because they’ve only been taught superiority. They are really going through a crisis and what we are seeing in real time are toddler level meltdowns. It really is a culture shock.

He is indeed racist. Donny Swaggart should be equipped with sufficient data and wisdom to understand that moral variance within christian church is not to be inculpated toward any particular racial group. Yet he presented himself clearly to be behaviorally unbalanced and theologically exclusionary. He took time to ponder and reflect. He then chose to exclude the broader consideration (the body of the church as a whole), which new testament scripture literally never does. Not to mention, he failed to deliver an equal reprimand to his white church goers for overwhelming the Grindr servers during the republican convention. (I speak specifically to the voracious sexual pursuit and not the selection). Donny Swaggart then elected not only to illogically ascribe a behavior to a specific group solely unique in color and grouping, but then issued an obvious biased edict toward that specific group with the presumption of authority as though he had been granted some sort of vicarious kingship. Not once did he say "We". This is what makes him imprudent. This is what makes him a racist. Ignorance implies no prior knowledge or acceptance of basic truth when presented with it. Donny knows. Donny thinks. Donny acts. He is not ignorant. He is a racist just like the other one.

God commanded in Deuteronomy 17 not to elect such to rule over God's people -- period. Therefore, you have only two acceptable choices; either vote for Kamala Harris, or abstain from voting for president at all this year. All political preference otherwise is to be deferred in obedience to God. It is no sin to abstain from voting, but it is a sin to vote for an openly wicked and ungodly person, like Donald Trump. I love what Pastor said about 'Loyalty to God and to America are not the same.' That Part! We forget that the role of the President is to uphold the Constitution of the United States to give ALL People the right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness as the "Commander-In-Chief". I agree with your comment in the strictest theological sense. But I disagree that there is no Black Church. The Historical fact is Southern Whites and their prejudice created a need for Black people to find a safe and affirming space to escape racial oppression .

The black church, while not monolithic, as an institution of the black community is quite real and has been at the center of important social movements. I believe it is this sociological aspect of the Black church that Donnie and Paula spoke against and took issue with.

We're is plantation Christian in bible were is the black church in the Bible you see color and religion and tradition it's going to get a lot of people trouble with God the Church was established in the book of Acts in the second chapter when Peter and the 11 disciples came out preaching the gospel not to a black church not to a white church but they came out the upper room speaking in tongues and the word tongues mean different languages because of all the different nations that were there that day at Pentecost would be able to receive the Gospel in their own language and 3,000 was saved that day into the body of Christ it's not about color it's about being in the body of Christ no matter what color you are there are many members in one body and in that body there are many members as in Christ Jesus and we are all baptized by one Spirit into one body whether it be Jew are greek free are slave. The one thing that you must understand is the evil cannot come up against his own house if that was the case it wouldn't even be a need for an election because if they both were evil they would come into agreement with each other God hand is in it and he is in control you have to put aside the people and look at the policies that line up with his word and stand on the truth

My mother 's family has Blackfoot Indian ancestry and my father's family has Cherokee Indian ancestry. Also Black American's with a history of slavery : are from the tribe of Judah . I've been doing some of my family history : using verbal handed down history from my mother. My mother gave me the foundation to work with : concerning my paternal and maternal family history . Mr. Swaggart and race aside, What is the mandate of the Church as it pertains to political matters? When I read scripture, I find that the Prophets were sent to warn leaders of impending destruction from God if they did not repent. For example, Noah was sent with warning of the flood, Amos sent with warning of fire, Abraham foretold of the judgement against Sodom and Gommorah, and so forth and so on. Thus, as believers we too are called to also witness, to rebuke, and to warn, not to join or align ourselves with those who are putting forth things that we know are contrary to the commandments of God and teachings of Christ. That is how we distinguish ourselves as those who believe and follow Christ. That mandate can be found throughout scripture as clear as day. I truly believe that God is using these events to test the Church but also to separate the wheat from the tares as we move further into the unfolding of the last days and the mark of the.beast (666) is assigned to those who show themselves as false believers in Christ. These are the Days of Separation and what we say we believe will be measured by what we stand on and who we stand with. Our words must match our acts.

You are correct but think for a moment about what the prophets often rebuked the people for, oppressing the poor, cheating the widows, exploiting the aliens, which were immigrants. These are the same class of people that Jesus discussed in Mat 25.

Our entire financial system survives on interest (usury), which is a forbidden practice by God because it allows others to earn a profit off of the earnings of anothers labor. It's a form of pimping and nothing is more exploitive than that. God said measure for measure, wheat for wheat. Every man should earn his keep and keep what he has earned.

The main policy position of Kamala Harris and most Democrats is the issue of Women's Reproductive Rights. However, Margaret Sanger, considered to be the mother of the reproductive rights movement, not only despised Black and Brown women and called them societies "undesirables" whose ability to make children needed to be controlled; thus, she developed the birth control pill. Moreover, she was a feminist and a socialist, not an advocate for democracy. And one of her partners of that movement was a women named Mary Dennett who was a hardcore feminist, a socialist, and a vocal atheist. Why do we as a black race, wanna bring someone in our culture that's not our race, give them the power, but when they finish using us and they turned on us, we are in a state of shock because we thought they was apart of the black community. l have seen this play over and over again in our community, in the entertainment industry, and other acts in our daily lives as black people, but we are so hard to accept our on people, we would wheather give another race of people a chance quicker than our on people, I know because l been a outcast of my own people ( YES BLACK PEOPLE), just to watch black people accept other race of people.
