as a former convicted drug dealer whos turned their life around after being in prison i urge anyone watching this to keep their distance from the dealers and dont try to be a hero, if theres a problem with drugs in your area the cops know about it and theyre bound by legalities that could take months and years for them to do anything..doing the right thing and having good intentions wont keep you safe in bed at night and theres nothing more dangerous that a drug dealer thats having their money and earnings messed with because they answer to someone even scarier than themselves most of the time and things always escalate quickly when money is concerned

I mean, in most of these situations there wasn't any bother or real hassle being caused until residents stuck their noses into other peoples business... The only valid concern I can find here where someone is indirectly being put in danger is the situation in Wapping which ironically is more likely a result of alcohol intoxication since inhaling gas is only a 30 second high at best.... I'm wondering if this same level of distain is shown toward the local Bargain Booze or pubs?

@@NoOne-cf2ji no they don't, do you honestly think posh people don't take drugs on a regular basis? I'm not saying he should or could do anything about the legality about it but what I am saying is theres a lot of hypocrisy in the sense of a large portion of these issues are either caused by themselves stressing out over whats probably some plant material in a bag or not blaming the actual drug which happens to be the legal one, clearly my point went over your head in regards to the situation in wapping, i didn't say he didn't have a problem but its not to do with gas when it lasts 30 seconds, people using gas tend to be full of alcohol which is the issue.

Can anyone really justify any drug not being legal? It's your body. If you commit crimes to "fund a habit", it's not the "fund the habit" part that matters it's the crime. So if drugs are legal and crimes are dealt with properly, what's it got to do with anyone what someone buys, sells, and puts into their own body?
@millennialmale48796 жыл бұрын
Ps: same goes for making weapons possession illegal, possession isn't the problem, neither is their use even (eg: self defence). Only when they are used to victimize others should it be a crime. And plus, do people really think making something illegal will stop criminals having it? The clue's in the name (criminal) all it does is make law abiding citizens defenceless.

Cannabis regular active use is 7.6% of the population (around 4.8 million peeps) with 13% of the population having smoked weed at least once in their life. People use drugs as an escape from the conditions they are in, you dont make them stop wanting to take drugs by threatening them, locking them up and ruining their lives even further. decriminalisation is the only way you can take this 'crime' off the streets and into the hands of professionals. Its incredible how short sighted some people can be
@thisisarmando83932 жыл бұрын
Decriminalisation would encourage newbies. Like for instance if ciggerates was illegal... So many wouldn't start or even be hooked. Same with Alcohol, if it were illegal... There wouldn't be so many people drinking. Also for addicts to keep getting their fix it would be easier to just go back to drug dealers who will ask no questions or even check ID.
@annmendes13612 жыл бұрын
@@thisisarmando8393 that is just NOT true, take Portugal for example, they decriminalised drugs which actually led to a drop in drug use and an increase in the amount of ppl in rehab. Making drugs illegal just creates a high demand for supply because it’s harder to obtain & ppl are more desperate to get their hands on it. During prohibition days in the US, people were still making alcohol in their bath tubs and supplying it to others. Making these substance illegal as I’ve said makes it worse

It works in dam and works in Canada. On top of that, stop taxing young people til they're 24/25 when they actually have money they can spare. Otherwise you're just encouraging dealing as a side hustle. Everyone needs money.
