As a 7-10 roller cig guy, I finally had a WTF moment I went from a 30g pouch a month to 2 a month to 1 a week, and finally I said this is getting out of hand, so I bought some vapes 3 for £25 and I stupidly bought the tabaco flavour thinking it would atleast come close to a cig but nah tastes like dirt I had to throw it away as it was reaking so bad even with it not being used but the other two were mango and sour blueberry and I can say day 1 was brutal but manageable I had 3 cigs and vaped the rest after a week I was only doing the morning fag out of bed routine and buy a month I was off cigarettes completely but I would say anyone switching you might wanna try 40mg/50mg nicotine as those first couple of days you feel in a daze of nicotine withdrawal but after it's OK, ofcourse I can't quit cig entirely as I roll my joint with tobacco and atleast I smoke a joint before bed so my cigs have gone down to 1 a day and 1 5000 puff vape lasts me the entire month so money wise that's also an improvement saving £80 a month which is being put to the side for a checky holiday cuz I bloody deserve it
