Personal Story: My cousin wanted to take his franchise (some time back) I have never heard of him... my cousin then show me his social profiles and videos and talks etc... for some reason, I intuitively know he his bad news .. fir franchise fees sun ke toh aur kaan kahde hogaye. It was too much for something anyone can make without taking a franchise (it's just F-ing Tea man) ... well at my behest he started his own stall... I helped him brand it, did market research, and introduce some unique choices and we were giving Chaisutta bar, Addiction bar and MBA Chaiwala run for their money in our area. after 6 months he was racking 6K - 7K daily (with Sunday off) and in a year he was well above 10K daily ... but then my cousin went lazy @ss and decided its too much work and decided to quit ... so we shut down. He only invested about 1L as set up. The Moral is Chai brands are overrated. I Never buy anything from someone who uses personal branding for a business which has an item/value exchange.

Legally, this is a fraud. Aapne kisi se paise liye aapka business expand krne, fr woh business waha chala nai and outlet baad ho gaya toh aapko woh refund krna hi hoga. This is law of humanity and indian constitution. Most of the companies do FD of the franchise money taaki crisis ke time pr return kr sake. Praful bhai sahab ne Mercedes kharid li. This depicts his vision of attracting money, fame, and wealthy materials rather than believing in the betterment of the people. He must be sued and sent to prison.
