I don’t think Stephen ate anyone. He just said that to shock and add to the ‘Infamy’. Stephen was a serial killer obsessed wannabe. He named himself the crossbow cannibal. It wasn’t a name given like with most serial killers. He was just a huge attention seeker. Even in prison, he still continues with his attention seeking behaviour constantly. He acts up, starves himself and self harms. This isn’t done out of pain or mental health. Rather, it’s the attention of the doctors and guards. It’s watching them clean up after him. It’s the guards sat on a chair outside his cell on 24 hour watch. You can’t get more attention than someone staring at you for 24 hours a day. What a pathetic loser he is. A sorry excuse for a human who couldn’t even get it up.
