Hello! Lawyer here. I don't know if may nag comment na about vicarious liability. But to answer your question: yes. We also have the doctrine of vicarious liability here in the PH. It is under Article 2180 of the Civil Code. Updated ako sa pagnood ng videos niyo about MLMs and other scams! Nag MLM din ako which was the worst and stupidest decision i made. Idagdag ko lang, ito din yung mga senyales ng proven scammer: - Flexing his money and wealth while inviting people to invest in his "business" but he doesn't talk about his business at all because the business is either non-existent or it doesn't earn as advertised. In other words, there's no transparency in his business including how investors will earn money and of course, he doesn't talk about the risks, he only talks about the rewards or profits.

I've been hearing about this guy, ayoko lang syang i-search because I dont want to give him clicks and views lol Di talaga dapat paniwalaan ang mga online personalities who claim to make 6 digits or whatever, unless they can show their ITR. His mindset of "fake it til you make it" can affect the quality of our workforce kasi pinepeke nalang nila ang skills and references nila. In PH law, we also have the concept of vicarious/imputed liability. Under tort law (civil code) siya, Art 2180: Employers shall be liable for the damages caused by their employees and household helpers acting within the scope of their assigned tasks, even though the former are not engaged in any business or industry. However, if copyright ang issue, di na kailangan ibunton sa employee because the owner of the copyright is presumably Franklin Miano - as the one who commissioned the editor. Generally, ang employer/commissioner of the work is the owner of the copyright when the material is created by reason of employment.

Wag mo na asahan na babalik pa sila sa Pilipinas kasi nasa kanila na yung milyones na pera na tinangay nila. Kahit sa ibang bansa malaki na din yung P1M pag simpleng mamamayan ka lang. Sa laki ng pera na tinangay ni Xian at Yexel, kaya na nila mabuhay nang hindi nagtatrabaho habang buhay kasi pang habang buhay na kayamanan yung naiscam nila eh. Ang mas malaking pagkakamali ay pina-Tulfo pa si Yexel kaya naalerto siya at tumakas siya sa Japan.
