In a major twist in the Ellen Greenberg case, the Philadelphia Medical Examiner now says he no longer believes her death was a suicide-after 14 years of official rulings saying otherwise. The Medical examiner is now saying the Ellen Greenberg appears to be what he originally called it--a homicide.
Governor Josh Shapiro, who handled the case as Attorney General, is speaking out, standing by the suicide ruling.

How weird it is that Ellen’s then fiancé found her stabbed and did not call 9-1-1 immediately. He called his uncle and someone else. That is bizarre behavior…a huge red flag!

I'm watching in replay and you probably address this in the video, but how does the Governor explain the post mortem wounds? Did she suddenly come alive for a few moments? How does he explain that some of the wounds that I believe have been estimated to have happened halfway through the incident were in Ellen's spinal cord and she would have been paralyzed at that point? How, Mr Governor, did Ellen continue to stab herself? Lastly, how does he explain the blood stains on her face are dripping down toward her ears, but alas, Ellen is sitting up when she was found. Did Ellen transport to a parallel universe where there is no gravity? I'm with you, Joel, my blood is boiling too!😡

In an extremely calculated manner - he was communicating the message that Ellen’s parents are to “blame” for the ME changing his decision. Fill in the blank for the why, based on the circles he spoke in, he was “hinting” at several reasons hoping those that hear him speak will fill in the gap based on their lived experiences. He is a horrible man, but a very powerful one. I fear that as long as he is in a place of political power this case will move no further than what just took place. It’s so unfair - people like Shapiro & Osbourne will 1 day have to answer for their actions, but it won’t be in this life. 💔

This case reminds me of Jeffrey R MacDonald….Alfred Kassab never ever gave up and faced daunting obstacles with authorities, etc and finally 10+ yrs after his daughter & grandchildren were murdered by son-in-law he was convicted….and remains in prison!!….keep going💚!!

Just because you don't get the answer you want doesn't mean the answer is wrong. At the same time if I'm not mistaken the Crime scene unit for the police never went into the apartment to analyze. You can say "It's absolutely a self-unaliving." But then when you investigate one small clue can make you say, "Wait a minute." Best next step is let the new DA or the DA now responsible for this to take a look at it. The Medical examiner is not trustworthy. Good idea to find out why he changed his decision. He went from Homicide to Unaliving to Undetermined/Homicide. You could have spun a wheel and wherever it lands pick that as cause of death.

I looked up what rapid blinking means in body language terms and it states that "someone is feeling stressed or anxious about something." I may be reading too much into it but her constant blinking stood out to me. I wonder if Dr. G will notice her?
