Memba dem days deh mi Fada , your story is very sentimental to me because I went thru something similar. I was in primary school , lunch time we a play cricket , as you said bredda wih grow ruff as yutes, so we a play wit a slab of plywood and a ball. One a mi bredrin a warn mi Anna sah bredda di bat have a nail inna it. You know when we a yute we ears just eva hard fi listen , bredda 2’s 2’s mi go so boom an go behind dih batter , him swing the bat and mi fi tell you sah di piece a nail inna di plywood go right thru mi cranium. Bredda it come like mi get shot inna mi forehead. The amount of blood mi see a leak out mi pass out instantly on the spot. All mi rememba after that mi revive & deh inna di nurse office and my big sister right deh beside. To this day bredda mi a tell you sah , I never went to the hospital, never even went to the clinic , never received stitches nobody was there for me except my sister who is 2 yrs older than me. Mi and her haffi take taxi come home dat day , sometime 2 hr journey fi come home inna di hot sun. When mi arrive home now , as you said Jamaican father’s are very stern. Want to tell you my fada never even as much as take mi to the hospital or give me anything for the pain. My stepmother at the time had to nurse me back to standard. Dem time deh mi a bawl fi mi mommy but mi never get fi see her till weeks after the incident.Mi a tell you bredda mi remember everyting like it was yesterday and it still kinda pain mi fi know sah mi never get checked out properly for the injury. Inna one way I feel like it still affect me to this day. But as your mommy see God & God alone , believe & trust in God. Because once my mommy find out what happened , want fi tell bare prayers she send out fi me lol. Love your stories bro keep it up and continue to inspire the yutes dem🙏🏾✊🏽💯🗣️🇯🇲 Blessing mi fam!

Wow! God bless your mother; I can totally relate to your story. When a mother's love is present in your daily life, only God can protect you better. Yes, I agree with you Adrian, everyone, young or old, should be treated with respect and kindness until they prove themselves to be unworthy of your respect. May God continue to bless you and your family abundantly ❤

God bless you. I’ve only just seen this video today. The only thing I’m asking you if you would oblige, is please, to forgive those people and release them from your heart. You’re doing it for you. I’m not asking you to talk to them or even greet them but forgive them for your benefit. You are a good man and I know you love God but unforgiveness can stand in the way of our salvation/relationship with God. 🙏🏾 bless up

I understand the pain that the friends did not help you or visit you. However are you holding them in your heart you become just like them, you're better than them. Free yourself for having someone in your heart is bondage, but at the same time you don't have to be friends with them but don't have them in your heart, why would you want dirty people in your heart anyway. God bless you dear

As a grown man over sixty, this story gets me very emotional....right now the only thing I can say to you my son go to those people and tell them your story in a few words, don't ask for any apology just let them know that you have forgiven them for what they should have done but didn't do....God will not treat us as our sins deserve, so you just do the right thing in the name of the most high and His blessings will continue to flow upon your family threefold and forever....love you my son blessings on your family
