Ireland is struggling with an increase in refugees and asylum seekers numbers (some we know are unvetted and undocumented), while we no longer look after our own homeless, many of whom are dying on the streets. (See playlist). This is not an opinion. This is a fact. Some would say Ireland is full. There are 14k Irish homeless, 4k of which are children.
As frustrations build among the people of Ireland who see the influx, we allow our own remain in emergency accommodation and unsafe hostels. My only aim in posting this video is to document the harsh conditions and show the reality of Dublin without the veneer the media tend to gloss it over with as I learn about the struggles faced by asylum seekers and the homeless in Dublin Ireland.
In Ireland, there is an anti-immigration backlash and a rising anti-immigration movement as a result of issues such as the Rwanda Bill, illegal immigrants arriving without passports, and unvetted migrants. We know approximately 85% of those seeking asylum are unvetted and we know that the quantities coming from countries that are not at war are economic migrants. We fear the non stop buses from Belfast open border as a result of the Rwanda bill

Correct me if I’m wrong, but if Ireland is like other Western countries the Fentanyl/opioid crisis has ruined a lot of (mainly men’s) lives, and now they are replacing these lives lost to elicit drugs with men from the third world. I live in England and one of my favourite holiday destinations is Dublin....but as a woman, I would be too scared to travel to Dublin on my own now. I was in Penney's in Limerick about a year ago getting socks and I thought I was seeing things when I saw 5 grown Asian men standing near the children's section leering at 2 little girls who were only about 4 or 5 years old in their school uniforms. They were with their mother but were running around playing. The mother was busy looking at clothes and was unaware of what was going on. The men were like predators smiling, laughing and talking in their own language while sizing up the children's legs and the little girls in their innocence were smiling back at them. I stared these men down but it was like they were in a trance. I was going to report them to security but the gaurds were Asian too. Britain have been arresting gangs of Asian men for years for grooming young children and our government seem to be oblivious to this.

Needs to be a website for asylum if you don't properly fill out your asylum request and say where you want to relocate to and are given a court hearing date that you can arrive 2 weeks before . This way when all the immigrants go to Asylum Court if they haven't done their request they immediately get deported . There needs to be common sense solutions all over the world for this problem not just building walls that people climb over around or dig under. Ireland and the UK have lost control of their borders. Here in Australia illegal arrivals whether refugees or asylum seeker are moved to offshore islands either Papua New Guniea or Nauru. They are then either sent home or settled in a third country. They are NEVER allowed to settle in Australia. This policy has been highly successful because it takes the money out of the hands of human traffickers. Those who arrive here with legal visas and then breach the conditions of those visas are held in detention centers and then deported.

This situation raises so many questions, all joking aside, the politicians aren't stupid, they know what they are doing, the question is why ? Why are they marginalizing Irish society by ignoring the wishes of the vast majority of the population by bringing in freeloaders, who they can clearly see are not asylum seekers. But there is some light at the end of the tunnel, The Netherlands and Denmark are now standing up the the EU/WEF and reversing the trend before their countries are irrevocably lost. Ireland must do the same, there is still time. One further thing that is puzzling me, the DCC lift these tents and dispose of them, but next day dozens of brand new tents and tarpaulins appear, who is paying for these ? NGO's and where are they getting the money ? From the government/tax payer, this is a criminal waste of money. At the moment you are being challenged walking your own streets and told what you can and cannot do by a chancer in a tent, can you imagine what your life will be like when these people get established ? If you were to take your children along that canal they would have the impression that it was normal and acceptable in society. I have noticed what the Nigerians do. They club together and pay rent on a taxi. Come out of Galway station and half the taxidrivers are African or Middle Eastern. Then they club together and rent a small shopfront, get a trader's card and can buy wholesale food etc, getting it cheap for themselves and selling some to actual residents for profit. With the TOTAL neglect of the natural homeless population, the mass importation of unscreened economic migrants and a smaller amount of genuine asylum seekers is an example of an EXTREME mismanagement of the situation. What you touched upon at the start is..... WHO benefits from this ????? More people creates a higher demand for housing which in turn naturally drives the price of accommodation and the value of land, on a side note who ever is providing these tents that are probably purchased from a source in Asia at a knockdown price and sold to the 'provider' at a considerable mark up by an Irish national with connections to the folk creating this problem.... Singapore government are on their toes when dealing with illegal economic migrants. Singapore is successful economic power house in South East Asia. During the conflict between the military and the Rohingyas, millions of them were driven out of the country. Boatful of Rohingyas arrived in Singapore looking for protection. The navy turn them away, instead they arrived in Australia. Again they were not allowed to land. Even though the Rohingyas were genuinely fleeing persecution, Singapore government is not obliged to give them protection. Every time I try to raise any political issue especially about immigration with colleagues or just small talk with strangers they literally jump away in fear. I think there is no salvation at this point. I'm from Poland and I work in Germany and it's sad to see what Germany has turned into. They even have radio stations broadcasting in Arabic now...
