Mike I've watched my dad go through multiple back and foot surgeries and he's gotten crazy spine fusions so any questions just ask.. get it done sooner rather than later because The way you walk to adjust for the pain in your ankle is affecting your back too❤ love always!

I live for CDMX! I was in Teotihuacán over a year ago, and I honestly feel like it's an underrated site. People only know about Chichen Itza, and it's also historical, but not as much attention is given to these temples of magic. and to go over the temples in a hot air balloon is really a virtue. It really feels different. Xochimilco is lit!

My dad just got an ankle fusion 4 months ago prior to his ankle replacement. Recovery was fine but said he was in constant pain from the ankle fusion. He’s a US army ranger and green Berret so for him to say he’s in pain means it’s some serious pain. Only lasted about 4 weeks though then was back to walking and normal function. Then he had an ankle replacement after and that recovery was quicker then the fusion. Good luck brotha you got this 💪💪💪

Mike i’ve been thru 3 surgeries on my feet in the past few years i’ve got a fusion in my ankle and big toe and although at first it may feel a little uncomfortable once you heal and get walking again it feels great to not be in nearly as much pain nothing to be worried about love the videos!!!💪🏻

Yooo Mike. My dad had the same surgery 20+ years ago. The biggest thing he says is to get the right size shoe lift to make your hips even. Also, his nickname is flop because he never wears shoes cause they hurt his foot.

Hey mike I got my ankle fused in 2020 wouldn’t take it back I had 3 surgeries before that and they didn’t help it was either take my leg of of a fusion and now I can run and do everything I did before not good mobility but it was so worth it to me.
