Arty's a clown. He tried to trade live for one week in The Trading Floor and it was a dumpster fire. He kept saying how much he hates trading, and does real estate and other businesses instead. FYI he had two partners in that company, so the revenue was split 3 ways (plus some for staff members). One partner left, and his remaining partner, Christy is really good. She's one of the best traders I've seen and passionate about educating. And a staff member, Roxie, is a beast for mindset training. I was a member for six months. It's great for beginner traders to learn different styles and develop good habits. They have some good training, many livestreams, and a good community. Arty is conspicuously absent from all that content, thankfully. It's too bad he makes a ton of money from it. But there are many businesses in this world that we patronize that we never would if we knew who owned them, or what they do with our money.

There are surely others, but they're the only ones i trust to learn how to trade. They'll show you the right way, but as Imantrading explains so well: trading is learned almost entirely through ALOT of screen time , It's a point Mack often repeats in his evening revision videos, comparing it to someone learning a language or playing a musical instrument. But these experienced traders can save you time and teach you a lot.

He has a channel 'The Moving Average' where he portray himself as a trading guru and teaches trading methods. Then in his video '3 Hacks that changed my life' where the thumbnail shows he made ~250k and the content is about how his success story. Initially I thought okay, he made 250k through trading which is kinda not bad... Until I watched another of his video 'How much I made from KZbin with 400,000 subscribers'... He literally showed he made 214k from the ads revenue and monthly he was making 10k+ during that time. Did some math on the period of 2 videos... it was so close to the 250k... A trading guru proudly shared his wealth accumulation journey in effort and hardship by KZbin ads revenue... He is surely one of the scammer & fake guru...

If you have a 50k account and you're making 5k a month of that you are risking too much. Think about this why don't prop firms give you a 50k account and tell you to make 5k off of it instead of something like a 500k account why because that type of trading is not good long term and you're risking way too much. I used to watch the moving average about one year ago but unsubscribed as I wasn’t sure about pursuing trading in general. I resubscribed recently and something very interesting caught my eye. Arty’s videos from two years ago have lots of specific content, strategies and a thirty minute life story. Now, I’m a complete beginner so maybe the content isn’t relevant. More experienced traders can be the judge of that. Anyway I digress. Recent videos, more so over the past 6 months are more motivational style videos geared towards selling the $20 per month course. Even before seeing this video I was becoming suspicious of the channel. I hadn’t picked up on the details that Iman has though. More than any of the others I feel sad about this one. A real shame. I guess we should all follow Arty’s original advice and find everything we need on the internet.

I was part of that community at the very beginning, Seen the guy trading a 100k challenge account live and praying to god price does not hit his SL 😂😂.Then failing the account in 3 days, then doing QA about to how to be profitable. He was always claiming not to have time to trade,like WTF what’s he doing the bald fuck all day? Had no idea about the crypto scam,but at some point last year he was pushing hard a funding company in the community that was absolutely trash,not even sure they are still around.

I then distinctly remember when he launched his first paid content... thing. I paid the $20 for a month sub, realised everything in there was absolutely trash (way less useful than all the free info, even on his own channel) and immediately cancelled again. @@ollie5707 Trader Tom really impresses me with his "warts and all" approach showing everything, win or lose. Some of his Telegram comments (and takedowns in the live sessions) are epic. I don't follow his trading style, but loved his book and have learned a lot from him in the past few months (after 8 years of futures). Having said that, he has helped me identify an entry style I never really had considered (along with Dr David Paul's "put your entries where most people put their stops"). I don't do that exactly, but they both have definitely expanded the way I think.

Even worse, all the stuff need constant subscription to have access to them. I feel the YT trading guru's, as you put, do serve a purpose. They get people into trading. In no way do I defend this persons prior actions, but he does at the very least have one of the lowest barriers to entries regrading price point where all the basics are catergorized into a logical step by step action plan. Most of it isn't even Arty. He's got some clever folks under his belt who have developed automated processes that do aid beginners by creating rulesets and confirmations to stick to. I do get what you're saying, though!
