Thanks for sharing Rush. I've seen many signs for this company and I didn't know much about them. However, I became a bit skeptical when a potential customer of ours said she was leaning toward buying a home from this company and she shared some details with me. I just warned her to be careful and wished her the best. People often incorrectly believe that the risk is higher with a small developer like ours. But just as you said, our name is attached to our development and we have no choice but to deliver whereas some of these large companies will scam you quicker than you can blink your eyes.

This is why I'm advising you to exercise caution but not to denigrate your business. Far from it. This post by Rush is really unfortunate and Rush should’ve presented it differently. How can Rush call his competitor a scammer? To the extent that the said company is still doing business and building, Rush could’ve said the company is not meeting deadlines instead of labeling them scammers. For Rush to do this video when he himself is a builder of a new development that could face similar hurdles, shows conflict of interest.

Rush, Rush, Rush…you clearly have a conflict of interest here!!!! You’re basically scaring people about a business model that your company also uses. Typically, clients make initial down payments and the funds are then used by the builder to continue building the homes. Additional payments are made during construction. When the homes are complete then final payment is made at delivery. This model is almost universal. I’m sure that’s your business model as well. Frankly if this so called company is big as you claim, the situation could be more of breach of delivery date and not a scam. The company could also be going through financial problems. Please don’t scare people in an attempt to get people to buy into your Akkadian development. You could also face delivery date issues that may be out of your control. Finally, Ghana has lots of honest and trustworthy attorneys or lawyers. Don’t you trust your attorney on your pending court case? Diasporans should reach out to the Diaspora Office of the Ghana Presidency to get help in such matters. Ghana is not a banana republic and the justice system may be slow but ultimately works and Rush should know better than to scare people.

Pls stop!! trying to convince him ( Rush) to stop others to be extremely cautious to do business in Ghana. You know frankly, that real estate is a problem and court system also doesn’t bear no fruit. I’m Ghanaian, and I can testify to that extent. Look at these recent events related to lands issue, one getting killed and 10 houses getting demolished in Ghana, if we have a great court system , these people won’t take these approach if they know it will take 5-10 years to finalize lands issue which could be rectified within months in most western countries with a proper document. Most westerners aren’t use to these unfair and unfamiliar tactics which will eventually costing them more than the scammed itself. Dealing with stressful situations of taking flights to and fro to Ghana, staying at these low class hotels but being charged extravagant fees per night. Some of these unscrupulous lawyers , charging you a huge sum of fees just to represent you for adjourning 5 minutes cases after spending almost 3-6 hours in court for court judges to spend a few minutes to adjourn the case for 6-12 months later if you’re lucky. Dealing with unbearable traffic within the Accra metropolis, not to mention cost of these so called restaurants . The funny thing is , the real crooks behind these scams are foreigners too . Pls safe me from acting like there are no issues pertaining to lands, real estate, business and corruption etc. This blogger needs to expose them!!

@@j.d1932did you understand what I wrote? I’m not convincing anyone to buy anything. I’m simply saying it doesn’t look like a scam because supposedly the builder actually built many condos and homes but going through management and financial problems. A scam is when someone takes your money and disappears. The company is still there. So there’s still the possibility for the buildings to be completed and the buyers would get their homes.

@@j.d1932 did you even understand my comment? Isn’t Rush using the same business model? As far as I know the business Rush is talking about is still operating. Scammers don’t build a big office where you can easily find them and they usually run away.

Yall keep going over there trying to chase these silly motherland pipe dreams. Y'all going to find out sooner or later they don't see us the same way we see them. The joke about it in their inner circles and say we will never be one of them
