As always, your videos are a source of inspiration. No doctor, no medicine gives me so much desire to fight this shit we call anxiety. Thank you.

Sofia Pepe Hey Sofia, thank you for keeping me motivated too. We'll get there in the end.

I was willing you on to go back up that hill again! It's so important to get back there as soon as possible and challenge the anxiety. Dr Claire Weekes (I love her books and recovery programme) often wrote "recovery lies in the places you fear"... It is so so true as anxiety and avoidance of it keeps it going...only challenging it can dispel panic and its tricks!

It's great that you keep pushing yourself to do different things that challenge your anxiety. Last time I was at my psychiatrist's office I had a panic attack and I need to go back for meds...not till April though...that will be hard though....

After yesterday's video I was wondering if you were going to go back and I'm so happy when I saw this video in my feed. I know what it feels like revisiting the "scene of the panic." It's traumatic, in a sense, and it takes a lot of courage to do it all over again. You did really well! 👏

Morgan Nooche thank you. Today was a good positive step. How have you been getting on recently?

The fact that you don't "avoid" and you returned the very next day is huge! I am very encouraged by that!! When I have a panic attack, it completely sets me back and I get super angry with myself and avoid the challenge for too long of trying again which makes it that much harder. So I am so encouraged by your bravery to go back at it the very next day. And the reward is gigantic - you did it!!!!

I think that's why it's important to do this in stages. I knew I could do it physically, so I really felt that I just had to conquer the battle of the mind. These small steps can gradually build up to more anxiety producing tasks.

Rhianna jade I've been noticing a bit of depersonalisation this past week or so. Trying to not really give it too much attention. it usually passes if I just let it be. thank you for watching :)
