I chose this as the opening music for my wife's funeral held recently. A beautiful piece of music. The words are from Revelation - the last book of the Bible - and point to a future time when God will make everything right again. This is an unforgettable tune!

I lost my son number of years ago , and this beautiful piece is so lovely and haunting . I dearly love this , it helps me to reconcile his death to me at times . However the pain is still intense even after all these years . God Bless .

Will, i don't know if you can read this, but I have just recently lost my mother very suddenly. I know this is maybe a little personal, but I found this piece by chance and have been so moved by it and listen to it every single day as it reminds me of her. Maffy Mo82 So Sorry to hear of your mothers sudden death. Like you, I lost my Dad very suddenly some years ago. Can you talk to God about missing your mother, because He cares for you and you may not understand that or even believe in Him but He is interested in every detail of your life - your grief and shock, and knows even when the little sparrow that falls to the ground.
