As per policy upfront medical is not required for Express Entry, irrespective it was done earlier or not. This is mentioned on IRCC website When to get your medical exam As of October 1, 2023, you no longer need to get an upfront medical examination before you submit your application for permanent residence through Express Entry. After you submit your complete application for permanent residence, we’ll send you instructions on how to get your medical exam done. Please wait for our instructions before going for a medical exam. This also applies to clients who are being sponsored as a spouse, partner or child. Please read the instructions to find out when to book your appointment the type of medical exam you need to get

Hi Thank you for such an informative and detailed video. I have a question regarding my travel history, I came to Canada on a Study permit from India, and then I visited India for a few days via the US, and came back via US to Canada, no other travels apart from this. So, I will need to mention only details about travel via the US or I need to mention Travel to and from Canada/ India too for this trip?

Hi Sir, Thanks for the detailed video Quick question: My medical Report is over 5 years old. Expired. I am about to submit my Express entry profile for PR residence Should I just submit the old results and wait for IRCC to ask for a new one, or should I get a new medical exam done before applying?
