I've shared with you, I'm so in LOVE with EFA yarns. Pearlescent Fingering is amazing. I do not have any of her worsted or bulky. I typically use smaller yarns. Dewey DK was the VERY first yarn I ever bought. I happened to be on her site, there was one called 'Be The Storm' and it immediately called my name. This was shortly after hubby was diagnosed with terminal blood cancer day after Christmas 2018. I bought it to make a wrap for ME to give ME strength so I could be strong for him. If that makes sense. My 'super cape'. Because we were in for a battle. And I've been getting her yarns ever since. I do get regular less pricey yarn, of course, but they pale in comparison. I appreciate your review! I have used all you mentioned. Have some still, unused yet that might be in your part 2. I'll watch and wait. If not, I'll tell you what it is, and what I myself think of it. Have a super day. Stay safe, stay healthy. *All your makes are JUST lovely!!

Hi Kim. Thanks for sharing such a difficult time in your life. I hope your super cape gave you the strength you needed. I agree that most other less pricey yarns pale in comparison. Do you agree with my assessment of the yarns discussed so far? I also prefer the thinner yarns. Fingering weight is my favourite & I have much more of that than anything else. We can compare notes after next week’s video. 🥰🧶💜💙

Thank you. I subscribe to expression fiber arts KZbin channel and love seeing all of their yarns and patterns. My favorite yarn weights are lace and fingering.

@@judyscreationsincrochet2710 - - The prices are a little more than I'm willing to pay at this time. Maybe in the future I will buy some fingering weight yarn.

I think their yarns are gorgeous. I’ve been getting away from yarns from the big box stores. Except if I’m making a blanket for my grandkids. But for special items I love the hand dyed. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you. I show a lot of their yarn & of course that wall of yarn behind me is all EFA yarn. Have to say they are my favourite. 💜💙🥰

Just as a tip, there is a seller that sell EFA on EBay! She sells for 24.99 and if you buy more than one hank, you get a discount. Plus she takes reasonable offers! Now that I started using it, I don’t want to use anything else! When you knit, it frogs better than crochet for some reason. I am knew to you channel and really love it. I’m originally from Canada, primarily Alberta but a few years on Vancouver Island. But will always be Canafian! The 1 ply pearlescent will always be my fav.

Nice video Judy. I use the store bought yarns more reasonable priced ones. I do that because of am a newer Crocheter. However the yarns you buy are beautiful. I enjoyed hearing your reviews. Looking forward to your fingering yarn review next week .fingering is always a weight 2 correct? See you next Thursday.

Hi Jane. Glad you are enjoying the reviews. Yes I think of fingering as #2 but I heard somewhere that sport weight & sock are #2 & fingering is #1. But sock seems the same as fingering so I am a little confused myself. 🤔🧶💜💙
