Expressive Dance - Mediation and Art in Movement with OASI

One evening, I passed by along the lake Lugano, Switzerland, when I saw this woman exposed on the pier enjoying dancing by herself. She instantly caught my attention. She moved so elegantly, every movement so effortlessly. Letting herself go, flowing above the water like a feather in the wind.
Curiosity arose. I wanted to talk to her. Find out about her. Explore her expressive dance.
She radiated so much confidence, calmness, comfort, peace. It was contagious. It is her way of entering a state of meditation and relaxation.
She created art on the spot. Her gestures seemed to tell a beautiful story. It was mesmerizing. Only after a while, did I realize... there was no music. Instead, the nearby fountain reminded me of the sound of a waterfall. A powerful atmosphere.
Our eyes met for a second - enough time to exchange a smile. I really wanted to talk to her. But I didn't want to interrupt her moment of joy, as it was also my moment of pure joy.
From the toes to the feet, from the hip to the chest, from the shoulders to the head, from the arms to the fingers - one unity moving in harmony.
I am thankful that she shared her art in movement with the public. I am thankful that she shared her positive energy with us, with me.
Slowly she sat down on the pier. It was time to walk up to her. A tight hug, embracing each other with appreciation.
