Pool is tiny and shared? What are the HOA's a month and what does that include?

Yes, the pool is fairly small. The HOA fees are 10666 peso quarterly, so about $190 USD per month. Includes use of the common pool, common maintenance of streets and street lighting within the complex, the maintenance of the gate and intercom system, and garbage pickup.
