I’m a South African and I am proud of how they played in the finals, and I would also like to say well done to the English side, you guys were amazing. But I have been a kiwi fan and it broke my heart when they lost one game short of the finals. It felt dead for me and they World Cup felt different without the World Cup champions. Nz will forever be the best team in the world, winning 2 cups in a row. Proud of nz and my home country Africa 💚🖤

g davies don’t get me wrong, ALB is arguably one the best inside center in the world, however experience is a key factor when it comes to WC matches against big contenders. Goodhue was never close to his best form, and SBW should have started for his physical impact and Crotts for his outstanding def cleverness. ALB off the bench to add an impact off the bench

There was no luck involved. NZ were outplayed and weren't good enough in almost every facet of the game. It doesn't happen very often, but suck it up.

Hansen should have let the experienced and test hardened players like Smith, Croty and SB play againdt the Poms. Bridge's run down the sideline against the Irish where he got mowed down had me thinking if it was Smith he would have gotten through. Anyway good to see the departing players get a run and show that they should have been given poms. Glad the Boks " steamrolled " the bloody poms or we would not have heard the last of it for 4 long bloody years.

Nothing personal against the Welsh in general, but the way THAT team has been playing over the last decade will need to change. Playing negative/opportunistic/defensive Rugby might win you a 6N title every now and then, which is certainly good, but it won't ever, ever win you anything more. We saw it during their last 3 Test tour of NZ, at the WC, recently at the 2020 6N...
