I admire Sandra’s dedication for her children. As a retired white teacher, I pray every day for my former students and I worry about the safety, especially of my black male students. Another teacher accused me of being “too motherly” toward my students. I consider myself so very fortunate to have loved them almost like they were my own and I will continue to pray for them until I am gone.

A true southern woman and all that represents...I have a wonderful neighbor who takes it to a higher inspirational story about who she is and willing to be in the moment...I was with her as we took a ride to her mom's house and delivered a chicken 🐔 that had been picked on by her other chickens...she walked over and spoke to her chickens, "good morning girls, how are you doing this morning " and gathered a large black hen in her arms with no panicked clucking or poop being released and got into the truck still holding this chicken and we drove a few miles to her mom's house cradling and speaking calmly to me about "her chicken 🐔 " and not understand why she was bullied by the others and she did act on it and she cradled this beautiful hen to a safe new place and greeted the new chickens and quietly released the hen in her new house and no squawking or bewildered clucking as she quietly fed them speaking to all and making them feel comfortable. You are in the folds of a loving master of the "now" and in awe of everything that ❤️ represents! My beautiful neighbor, Donna Smith, mother, banker, wife, gardener and a true lover of cows, goats, Great Danes, horses, a coonhound and one kitten that Jeff found in his work shop and wanted to keep...Donna's allergic and went on the chewy.com and ordered toys,bedding, food and called the vet for a spay,shots and checkup for new member of an exceptional 💙 team and family of love and respect!

What I wanted the most out of life when I was a girl, was to have children and be present in their lives too...of course I also wanted the fairy tale prince charming/husband as well. Being an only child with a mother who worked 2 jobs to care for me, I wanted different for my kids. I needed to be there for them, that was my goal and priority when I became a mom. I get Sandra, she is a defender of mankind...the children. Bravo 👏 Kids need a parent at home, husband or wife, doesn't matter. Children need a safe haven.
