Three great interviews. Thank you for posting, CBS.

Justice Gorsuch sounds like a politician. Major Garrett’s questions were good. But Justice Gorsuch did nothing but side-step the question with long winded responses that essentially meant nothing. I am outraged at the court’s recent rulings on abortion, affirmative action, and presidential immunity. I am afraid for what they might do next.

I would second the idea that the court is now polarized. The recent rulings, especially on abortion and affirmative action. The concept of giving a demagogue immunity borders on treason and is a significant threat to our system of government.

I share your concern about recent rulings but here everyone did well. Three glowing minds. Ketanji is particularly amazing. Let me ask you ask, Barbara, please tell me how you can disagree with Gorsuch's concern about instances where there is too much legal complexity out there to the point where it can infringe on the ability to live a sufficiently simple, unencumbered life?

No corruption, it's what they believe? Yeah right. With a little help from a few $M here and there. Give me a break.

Agree! Gorsuch seemed very uncomfortable answering the question regarding presidential immunity. That’s one of the most seemingly unnecessary decisions ever, and all to favour one corrupt former president.

Gorsuch to me is just one of those examples of being really lucky to get on the Supreme Court. I do not find him a very intelligent man. I think he hast to pay up for the favor of being put on the court and that involves ruling specific ways on specific cases. He is as corrupt as they come, and he thinks we’re all too dumb to see it.

Jettisoning the rule of law for the President of the United States? That decision belies who we are.

I actually LOVED Scalia so I do not mind the conservative justices but the recent additions have been a disaster. Kavanaugh and Gorsuch are especially bad. Barret has some potential to be an O'Connor esque figure so I will wait and see. Thomas and Alito...well they are just straight up corrupt. Judge Roberts is an excellent justice even though he may be rather conservative most times. Don't know what to think of Jackson just yet.

I disagree with Scalia and most of his stands but loved him in the Supreme Court. He was very sharp and quick-witted. Kavanaugh and Gorsuch are very difficult to predict even if they are labeled as conservative. Barrett gives the impression of being very cautious. CJ Roberts deserves a medal for just keeping it together.
