I went out for a rub brick mission last Saturday to prep a curb I'd been eyeing for some time - only to discover some helpful urban improvement elf had already done it since the last time I'd been there 🥳

Great video! How long do those steel sticks take to dry? Also, are those rub bricks pretty durable or do they wear out after sanding just a few feet of concrete? Thanks!

Steel stick drys in like 5 minutes, and the rub brick lasts a long time. I've used mine on lots of spots.

Use concrete sealer and a paint brush next time. Looks way less suspicious and dries faster. The bag was a good idea but it looks like it was getting in the way a little.

Cleans up the grip job, and I've found that if I land upside down on my board, if I bail a flip trick, it's less likely to mess it up. I've just always done it, haha. Don't know if it actually makes any difference.
