Extending the tongue extension on my 22' Catalina fixed keel sailboat. Part 2

Operating the tongue extension on my Catalina. I forgot my gloves and the edges on the tongue kinda sharp on my fingers as I went to extend it. Also need to remove the rust and paint it.
