It wasn't 100% on point, but very similar and I think you could do a great impersonation if you put in some effort and tried to mimic the sound. That is cool man lol. The art style in this game is fantastic! I really like it. It draws me in and makes me wanna get into the world. It's cool how a beautiful art style and graphics can do that to you. I could definitely get into this game. Also, I really like how the map shows you your recent path. That way you can see where you've been and know where you're going. I'm sure that would help with navigation a ton. I wish all games with a map would show that. Cause I dunno how many times I've been playing a game and forgotten which way I was coming from and where I was headed. That recent path line would solve that easily. Thanks for sharing this one man! I love with a person who watches stuff in english, but still with subtitles. watch things however you enjoy it, there is no wrong way.I prefer native with subtitles, but I'm not gonna harass someone who prefers dubs.

Since you asked early on in the video: The popular stance is in fact, sub over dub. The original voice acting usually fits the characters the best and there are often mistranslation problems when localisation teams try to translate one language into another for dubbing. This can reduce the impact of certain dialogues or change them entirely. Not to mention animations/scenes are shot/animated with the dialogue of the original language in mind. Dubs can often feel out of place as compared to subs. However, at the end of the day, what matters is what you prefer. I personally prefer the original voice in anime/shows/games and just use subtitles, but those who don't want to read or struggle to read quickly, can of course always use dub. What matters is what is comfortable to you.

Yeah this needs alot of work. Story is given through "this is totally normal talking", upgrade desription feature unexplained acronyms that you need to have alot of game extreiance to intuat an there are the upgrade slots around the skill trees that are completely unexplained. It honestly reminds of a video i wathced where a guy talked through what happended when he had his girlfirend play videogames for the first tiek abd it shows how much game developers assume their audience already knows about games

Regarding Subs vs Dubs... it should depend on how it affects the presentation overall ( on a live film I would vote for subs and try to get the acting as a whole for instance) But on this game in particular imho... let the original voices sound as japanese as they can coz it goes along with all the Story/Scenario, English is not my mother tongue and I have no preference on that point but if the setting is a short of feudal magical Japan... for sure the right choice is to hear them use the language. It's ofc a matter of opinion... I've seen all my life things like that, I have friends to whom seems almost impossible to play with the music from the games as long as the game lets them put their freaking "metal" on. But again if it's a game where setting and atmosphere is important I would advocate for the sound/musci/and voices that go along with the setting. Cheerio

The Game is actually in Korean there is some Japanese in it but that is probably due to similarity in the language than actual Japanese.

when it come to games i definitely prefer to have the option to change the dub to english just because i have to split my attention between playing the game and paying attention to the story. luckily it seems the voice acted bits are only in cutscenes.
