f I use a Fingertip Pulse Oximeter Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor before and after treatment, will I see a measurable increase?

Possibly, but a pulse oximeter is typically not a good indicator of the effectiveness of HBOT since a pulse oximeter simply checks hemoglobin oxygen saturation.
