Thank you for sharing! ❤ I have suspected chronic Lyme for five years, I have had symptoms since I was 11 years old and I am now 47. I finally was diagnosed by the Cleveland Clinic functional medicine department. But I had Igenex testing which the FDA does not, consider a valid form of testing. Even though it’s what every single doctor that actually treats chronic Lyme I’ve ever listened to says is the best. My standard testing had positive antibodies, but I was told they were false positives after two tests . I live in Ohio, and after those two tests I was sent to Osu only to find out they do not even diagnose or treat it in their infections disease department. On top of all that, horrible, debilitating, physical and mental symptoms I had constant vertigo, and what they were calling vestibular migraines. I felt completely disassociated, and like I couldn’t control my muscles. It was not a headache, it was so much different than that. A metallic taste in my mouth, Incredible muscle weakness, and just feeling like I was about to have a seizure but I never actually did… I’m so relieved to finally have it diagnosed, but the regular doctors, including my neurologist, know nothing about this. I don’t understand how that’s possible in this day and age. The CDC, FDA, and medical establishment. Just want to pretend this isn’t happening. Or they tell you that all you need is two weeks of Doxy, and anything after that is all in your head. It’s enraging. I would guess that the majority of people that have these new auto immune diseases, like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, etc. have underlying Lyme.

CLD, makes the mind “ speak faster”, . I’ve survived it for over 40 years. No one that hasn’t been able to survive this will never comprehend. I have had a Holistic Doctor that finally understood. Fast forward, MD’s in Eastern Idaho , plus the “ best “ Infectious “ disease “ doc” here, laughed at me. What I have survived through, so grateful. Those that are blessed with the proper help, AMEN.

I can’t take MANY antibiotics. I’ve been dropped by two handful of MD’s. They don’t “ Believe it’s a true disease “. I’m Idaho.

How did you know when to stop treating the Lyme and rather focus on neuro therapies?
