Ego or white knighting? It’s actually about not making the game easy to play because some people don’t want cheap rewards. Maybe you’re the one with the chip on their shoulder? Also your mindset about “just a business” is utter garbage. There is so much love that goes into the development of MH games. That’s why it has such a following and is such a great game.
