Fudgey dark chocolate brownie with a layer of DELICIOUS salted caramel toffee, finished with a layer of dark chocolate ganache with a milk chocolate drizzle AND a shortbread round on top! BROWNIE
165g Dark 70% Chocolate
165g Butter
135g Plain Flour
45g Cocoa Powder
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Salt
3 Eggs
330g Caster Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
TOFFEE
150g Dark Muscovado Sugar
150g Butter
400g Double Cream
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Salt
SHORTBREAD
75g Soft Butter
30g Caster Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
115g Plain Flour
½ tsp Salt
TOPPING
140g Dark Choc 50%
60g Butter
20g Golden Syrup
Pinch of Salt
20g Milk Chocolate
