I don’t see why they need the juvet, I remember going to that when I was younger, and it was chaos , the police have no control, it’s pure darkness, and anything goes, just have the carnival and call it a day for god sakes! They should even cancel the carnival if you ask me, if a politician could get shot from a stray bullet, why couldn’t that happen to you! Good luck!
