This toilet is before 1969.In 1969 Shanks abandoned there factory so did Armitage.This factory is located in Barhead,Scotland.

British siphon-jet toilets always have such weak flushes.

In the below link you can see a cross section of the UK design double trap siphonic showing the Aspirator location (venturi device). There is no water jet in this design. I don't believe that these toilets truly siphon out the bowl (they perhaps will if you throw a bucket of water in them LOL) but they are cool the way they produce a continual stream of water in the bowl and don't rely on dilution like a washdown toilet. www.diynot.com/diy/media/untitled.71878/full
