36:25 True! If you feel like using an alarm, finding a place to lock up your bike, renting a garage, changing breaking fluids on the rear and front breaks, if you love sliding your rear and crashing when it's raining, lubing your chain, changing a worn out sprocket, panic breaking on gravel and locking up your front wheel and crashing, wrenching, getting cold in your hands from a little wind, getting stuck offroad, looking for enough space to turn offroad, failing to start a hill climb mid-hill and so many more adventures, get a motorcycle! Yes, it's all of the things that happened to me.

I've had a motorcycle since 2018 and a wheel since 2021. For anything under 30 km distance, 100% I'll take the wheel. Actually... I'll always take the wheel unless it's raining extremely hard and I must go somewhere then I'll gear up and confront the elements on two wheels. Even my summer road trips, I used to ride 5000 km in 10 days, now I'm tempted to take my wheel and hop on a train. Regarding city trafic, there's NOTHING that can beat an EUC in terms of efficiency, FUN, and green energy, even safety ! (in european cities, idk about the US, distances over there are... crazy.) I think the most important thing for all or new riders is to never underestimate the power of small 14-16 inch wheels with no suspension. They are absolutely incredible, and I know everyone wants to get that BIG wheel, but start with a smaller one with good speed and no suspension. If you want to be safe you need HOURS under your feet. There will be a million situations youl need to get used to and as you learn to ride a wheel like this or a 20 inch wheel with no suspension, itl teach you to read the road. You do not want to start with a suspension wheel if its your only choice because it will be forgiving in situations where otherwise you would crash, its important to understand that I think. You really need to learn to feel the road.

Hi Adam, thanks for the information-rich content ! At 19:28, I'm wondering if you were meaning "dampen" instead of "isolate", about the use of velcro to lessen the sound. At 20:24 I think you'll find that more quiet is spelled "quieter". The video is missing an "e". (Also "it's", when possessive, is better written "its".) At 21:28 "fewer" pins. I thought there might more pin as in: bigger hunk of metal but GX20-2, GX20-3 and GX20-4 have identical pin dimension and rated current. Too bad they didn't plan to have the bigger wheel with 2 pairs of 10 amps pins instead of just three pins. I wonder if they'll ever use GX25s with 25 amps rated pins ! Thanks for mentioning the threaded cap! 23:10 I don't like sharp edges either. 26:20 Active cell balancing, fantastic !

Can you clarify something you said at about 04:51 - "It has a suspension system with two different geometry options." I know there are two different spring rate options but I'm not sure what you meant by two geometry options. Do we have the option to change the connection points of the shock or replace it with a shock with different eye-to-eye dimension?
@BlockCylinder4 ай бұрын
Just in case anyone else is wondering, I've figured out the answer to my question. The ET Max suspension linkage does in fact have two optional connection points at one end of the shock absorber. I've read where people refer to them as the "soft" option and the "stiff" option. It's still not clear how much of a difference it makes or which one is selected by default. When I get mine, I'll come back here and update if I think of it.
@RonnieRides6 ай бұрын
This wheel is overreporting speed by a whooping 18% maybe that's worth mentioning. It doesn't really have 130mm travel, the stanctions are 130mm but the linkage doesn't allow use of all of that and then you can also substract the rubber o-rings which in the end means around 105mm travel which is about 15mm more than a Lynx or Sherman S. 49kg is without pads so with pads you're looking at over 50kg for 3000Wh wheel.
