The director of these films is G, by the way. The sniper with the beard, he's a former stuntman. He did lots of work in the Marvel universe as Chris Evans stuntman for Captain America.

@14:01 It's not that his gun was empty. The guy grabbed his gun when he fired, causing the slide to not move and the spent casing to stay in the gun. He used his vest to rack the slide and eject the spent casing, also chambering the next round. It's an AMAZING detail.

Now you need to watch both Extraction 2 and the BTS of this one. The cameraman really did jump off the second floor with the stuntmen and during the car chase the director himself was harnessed to the front of a follow car with a camera shooting parts of the first car chase.

The stuntman on that fall injured himself badly and still did another take. 35:28 That's a fair opinion Aaron but you guys are locked into the movie as soon as you hit play. I also think it's fair to see it from Netflix's point of view as well. Most people would just scroll through Netflix and click the card because they see Chris Hemsworth. You need to hook those people to stay and watch the movie and Chris getting shot by a sniper immediately is that hook. Otherwise you don't see the star of this mid budget action movie until 10 minutes in and don't get a proper action scene till 20 minutes in.
