Extradition of former Eskom contractor Michael Lomas

Former Eskom contractor Michael Lomas is expected to land at the OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg later this morning after being extradited from the United Kingdom.
He's wanted in connection with the Kusile Power Station fraud and corruption case.
Lomas was arrested by British police in 2021 at the request of the South African authorities and has been on bail of around 1-point-7-million rand since then.

It takes 2 to Tango. If LOMAS performed corruption at ESKOM as a Contractor, it means he was working WITH ESKOM STAFF to perform the corruption. Why are we not hearing about the ESKOM Personnel getting locked up? In fairness, this video made split-second reference to 2 senior eskom personnel, but I don't recall ever hearing extensive media coverage of the ESKOM personnel involved in fraud and corruption. There must be 10s if not hundreds of ESKOM personnel doing tender fraud at Head-Office level as well station level.
