👉 This is the song of the songs for Dimash and us, his Dears. (This is what Dimash calls us fans.) This song comes from the famous Canadian-French rock opera 'Starmania' 1978, well known in French-speaking countries) and is one of the most difficult songs to sing and made Dimash a mega-star overnight. In 2017 Dimash received a wild-card for the competition “The Singer” in China. He was the youngest participant of all time (22 years) and the first non-Chinese. Only professional, award-winning singers take part. Dimash Kudaibergen. Dimash is a phenomenon from Kazakhstan. He started singing lessons at 5 years old and was found to have perfect pitch. He is University educated with degrees in classical and opera, another in contemporary music, pop and jazz, was a major in Vogel technique. He also completed a Broadway musical master class. On June 18th, 2020 he completed his masters specializing in composition and receiving his masters with honours having achieved the maximum score of 100%. He has since started his PhD. He currently has a vocal range of over 6 octaves but he is humbly dismissive of this astounding fact and stresses that it is not the amount of both arrange you have but in fact what you do with it. He has won many prestigious awards and is a decorated national treasure in his native Kazakhstan. He has performed songs in 12 different languages. He speaks fluent Russian and Kazakh, some Chinese and is pretty good in English and Is still studying it along with Mandarin which he says is a difficult language to learn but he's doing well with it. At 22 he was invited as a wild card to participate in a Chinese singing show for professional singers. The show catapulted him to relative stardom worldwide and he became a pop superstar in China. He is also famous in Russia for his neoclassical work with famous Russian/Ukrainian composer and arranger Igor Krutoy who came out of retirement to collaborate with Dimash. He has written songs for Dimash and arranged previously composed music specifically for Dimash. He is often at the piano for many of Dimash's performances. Dimash has since introduced pop songs in Russia as well. Is vocals range from a rich low baritone to extremely high soprano notes. On at least one occasion he has Hit a D8 in whistle tone for 5 seconds with vibrato. He was on a solo world tour when the pandemic struck. His concerts are usually about 3 hours with an eclectic mix of vocal styles and genres. He was born into a musical family and both of his parents are famous singers and musicians in Kazakhstan, his mother being an operatic soprano. He was offered a position in the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but turn this position down to pursue his own path in neoclassical and contemporary music. He's a multi-instrumentalist, competent on 8 instruments including piano, drums and the native Turk/Kazakhstan two-stringed instrument called a dombra. As of May 24th, 2021 he will celebrate his 27th birthday. He is most widely known through his live performances that has released several albums the first one going platinum in 37 seconds and triple platinum in less than an hour. It has been recognized that his high notes are not whistle tones but head voice. Dimash rarely uses his whistle register but when he does it is spectacular. He has many millions of fans worldwide which he has designated his "Dears" He is soft spoken, polite, respectful, elegant and classy, also extremely humble and seldom goes without mentioning his love of country and its history. Трагедия произошла на фуникулере. Родители смогли спасти своего 2,5 годовалого ребёнка,вытолкнув его из кабинки, но сами погибли. Узнав об этой истории Хань усыновила ребёнка. Oh no. they speak the truth. is he an opera singer? oh no, he can but no. he can sing pop, rock, ballad, musical and even rap. he sings SOS in French, does he sing in other languages? yep, he sings in English, Chinese, Russian, Italian and up to 7 different languages. there are a lot more to say but I will save my breath here and let his fandom (Dear) to comment. you have to at least watch/hear/react to a few more to know nothing is exaggerated about Dimash. he's been getting more recognized and appreciated by people around the world through the power of the internet but still hasn't reached to the global household name status in some countries. in order to do so, it needs outside factors besides being super extremely talented in singing and performing. although he is already quite famous worldwide, he still hasn't been where he should have. anyway he is very young, 26, a lot of time for a singer to become...

Dimash is the greatest vocalist on the planet. He is 27yo, 6'3" and a very humble young man. He is classically-trained, sings in 12 different languages and plays 7 instruments. He has a 6+ octave range (C1 - D8, sustained.) and performs in a number of different genres. Incredible! Dimash's mother is an opera singer, and his father is also a singer, with a really fine pop music voice. You will probably get a boatload of suggestions from Dimash's fans (who he calls his "Dears"), because you have just scratched the surface of the talent of this remarkable musician. May I suggest: "Love is Like a Dream", "Autumn Strong" (the Gloria Wu post w/backstory), "Ogni Pietra" (Olympico), "Adagio", and "Sinful Passion". There are so many more, and you will never be disappointed in a Dimash offering. btw: Nice reaction.

You will see from your comments that Dimash is the best singer in the world, having been raised singing and with a diverse style of music, strong classical background, I have to say I agree. I noticed that you held your breath, I do as well, be careful with that because it will make you lightheaded, lol, but I still do that every time hearing him. What’s wonderful is, like Pentatonix, Dimash is extremely diverse in musical genres and that fact can make his appeal touch almost everyone. He is so humble and generous, when watching a concert he truly loves his fans, you chose a very good one to react to again, I am so glad that you started doing music reactions, I would be interested to know why you stepped away from music, I stepped away from performing many, many years ago, but the absolute joy that I felt when singing, especially with a group and hearing the harmonies, was overwhelming, someone like Dimash can bring those same emotions back to you. Yes. You picked it immediately. Range - Power - Projection - Breath Control - Stage Presence - Immense amount of training. + Genetically blessed. Both parents are professional singers. Dimash is an Opera singer - classically trained for over 20 years, (Yup. Starting aged 5 and training daily), who decided it would be far more fun to 'play' across ALL genres. But he still dabbles with a few operatic performances here and there. The pride of Kazakhstan is gathering a massive international audience and taking off everywhere across UTube currently. Welcome to Dimash's world. I will never get tired of watching people's first reaction to him. I only recently discovered Dimash after ignoring him in my KZbin recommendations for over a year. I figured he was just the latest pop "sensation" and I generally do not listen to that genre of music. I am almost embarrassed to admit that I have since watched hours upon hours of reactions to his various performances. I mostly watch reactions from professional vocal coaches, many with backgrounds in Opera. I came across your channel, and like you, I am absolutely amazed by his incredible talent, ability, vocal range and dynamics, his delivery, as well as his stage presence. You have barely even begun to scratch the surface of his talent and vocal ability. I am looking forward to your next reaction. By the way, some Dimash fans are almost cultic to the point of fanaticism and they get outright defensive and combative over any perceived criticism of their "object of worship." I am simply an admirer of good music and talent, regardless of genre, and do not count myself among the Dimash fanatics, but I am utterly amazed by him. From what I gathered, Dimash is from a very musical family and started singing and piano lessons at the age of five when he was found to have perfect pitch. He is university-educated with degrees in classical/opera, contemporary music, pop, and jazz with a major in vocal. He also completed a Broadway musical master’s class and has recently completed his Master's with a concentration in Composition; his thesis was titled: "Personal Image of Traditional Music". He graduated with Honours, achieving a perfect score of 100%. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. as he wants to teach music after his singing career. I read somewhere that Dimash used to swim 3 hours every day to increase his lung capacity. He was even offered a place with the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but turned it down to follow his own path and he has been very successful thus far. He sings in 12 different languages, speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is getting pretty good with English but is still studying it along with Mandarin which he says is a very hard language to learn. Dimash also plays six instruments; the piano, dombra, guitar, xylophone, cello, and drums. During his live concerts, he usually performs for more than two hours and treats his audience to an eclectic mix of styles. His range is about 7 octaves now and spans across all five registers from a rich bass-baritone through to an extremely high soprano and whistle register, and he seems to effortlessly navigate between them, often within a single breath. As you might already know, there are only 5 registers, from lowest to highest: vocal fry (pulse), chest voice, head voice, falsetto/flute, and whistle tone. Soprano is a vocal range and/or voice type - so Dimash can still sing the highest voice type, but he would be singing in that range using both his head voice and falsetto, and very occasionally whistle tone. He has even hit a D8 for 5 seconds with vibrato, the highest note ever performed during a live performance. It has been recognized that his high notes are usually not whistle, but head voice, Dimash rarely uses his whistle register but when he does it’s spectacular. However, Dimash is dismissive and says it's not how big your range is but what you do with it.

Dimash is seen as THE best singer in the world by millions of his fans called "dears". If you would like to be taken on a journey with Dimash, may I recommend you react to the videos in the following order: 1) SOS (Great intro to Dimash's vocals) 2) Sinful Passion (expands on the intro to his vocal range) 3) Adagio (Highlights his stage presence and passion with a song) 4) Olympico (Displays his operatic high and low registers with power) 5) Opera 2 (Dimash having fun with his high ranges) 6) Show must go on (Shows how he makes existing famous songs his own) 7) Qairan Elim (His first video director position). You will find every song is unique and special. Many people will recommend other songs outside of my list. Thanks for reacting, I enjoyed and appreciated it. He's from a singing family: mom is a pro opera singer, dad is a contemporary singer. Dimash was started on voice lessons at 5, when his piano teacher realized he has perfect pitch. Since he was a tiny boy he's focused and worked towards becoming a singer. He's been on stage since he was a toddler; his incredible stage presence was learned early and through a ton of experience. He's the real deal: amazing voice/vocal talent, obsessive attention to detail and learning, the eye and ear of an artist. He sings in many genres, and always well - often spectacularly well. He was offered a position at Astana Opera House soon after he graduated with his 4 year degree, but declined in favor of a pursuing his dream of singing cross-over/combined genres. Dimash is a very complex, very modest, very deep person. Also a sublime handsome man, very wise. It is perfect. He is such a human and pure being that, in my opinion, we ordinary people have not yet fully discovered him and I think his parents do not. Both the family and those of us who love him are a little overwhelmed by Dimash's supernatural wealth, God-given wealth, obviously! Without God, nothing exists! Few things to add; he sings in 12 languages, but can speak 2 fluently (Russian & Kazakh) and 2 more he is learning (English & Mandarin). He plays 6 instruments. He has a very rare ability called "absolute pitch" which 2 other famous people possess (Michael Jackson & Mariah Carey) look it up on wiki, too much information to explain. He is the most humble loving person you would want to meet. Congratulations on your reaction, Dimash is a very humble and simple boy, for what i have read and seen he highly appreciates his roots and exposes them when he can in his presentations. He is very respectful of everyone and kind. He was competing in The World´s Best in 2019 but he retired. This caused annoyance in Rupaul but Dimash was more concerned with leaving the little ones that competed with him frustrated and seeing the level and quality that he has, he would very likely have won. By the way the prize was of 1,000,000.00 dollars.

I would also say that you should do reactions on the same song from different times becouse he changes them a bit every time or something els happens! Also whatch the hole videos to the end becouse some times something gets explained or something happens. It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him. Some info about Dimash. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 6-7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 12 languages and speaks 3 so far. He is born in May 24 1994. Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night.
