@@laylaluann9541 it of course doesn't get as much coverage, but many plastic surgeons essentially give people their public lives back that have been severely injured in accidents (especially burn victims). It's all but impossible for some severely scarred people to just do normal things (grocery shopping, buying clothes, school functions, etc, etc) without feeling the stares from almost everyone. It's a literal life changing thing for many people. Many doctors do these surgeries for free or massively reduced rates.

What I love about Tosh's interviews (besides being hilarious) is that he is always respectful and genuinely curious instead of being judgmental. Think what you will about anyone in this or other Tosh.O videos, but they are all still people just trying to live their lives. I find it much more respectable that Tosh just learns about them instead of making fun of them.

Oddly enough, Tosh is actually a great interviewer. He takes the dragon person, not only hilariously points out his differences but does it with an underlying respect and thirst for knowledge about his subject. He never disrespects his guests (except for maybe some of the idiot kids like Brian "Gratatata" Silva, but even then he was pretty gentle about it. I really respect him because of this - on the surface, he's an abrasive asshole but in reality he's an intelligent, caring and personable interviewer. It's quite the mix, and a lot of people discount him immediately because of his comedy, which makes me respect him even more - it filters out the idiots among his fan base.
