Learnings from this video 1) do not argue. Agree with the person then ask them to explain in detail. 2)observe carefully without talking to yourself in between. Be unbiased. 3)ask questions with interest & a smile. Try to understand what the person wants. 4)listen, understand & repeat what the other person says with pause & patience. 5)watch the other person & try to understand if he/she is interested. Slowly & genuinely pass a smile. 6)ask open ended questions. Match the mood of the other person. Without practice communication skill cannot improve. Those who cut you off in the middle of your sentence and start saying "No, no no. no......," would you even like to talk to that person again?
