Hey lovely, do whatever movement you feel is good for you! Essentially it's about being in a calorie deficit to lose weight and something I teach in my Zero To Thrive Program. Focus on food first and foremost and move for JOY!

@@uptothebeatfit can you please tell me how many calories deficiency for me to lose the weight and fat off me my birthday 🎂 is this month I will be 53 this year so I doing my very best to do different work outs I try doing 45 to 55 minutes everyday or every other day if it helps I am 5foot and/12 inches tall and right now I am 164 in weight but I have a low thyroid too
