The thing I hate about dragons den is how small the investments are compared to shark tank because the investments are mainly 50 or 100k whilst shark tank invests millions into businesses with good potential

You can't really compare the shows tbh. Shark Tank is all drama and people who have already made their businesses. Dragons Den is more ordinary people with good ideas or smaller businesses looking for experience and guidance to help them grow their small businesses.

Looks like a nice guy and despite not being a salesman and all that I actually thought his pitch was not bad at all. Far better than some of the others and perhaps a lot of it had to do with him being straightforward and honest, no lying about the figures and just told them how he is and what he needs etc. You see others who are meant to be businessman and sales people failing quite hard but he overall kept it together and I thought it wasn't a bad pitch.

There are different types of nervous. This guy was literally shaking but you can tell he believes in the product and has an honest sense about him, and he even started to get a little more comfortable as the pitch went on. Others may start out appearing confident, but as the pitch continues and they are investigated by the dragons you can see their energy change. The pitfalls of the operation that they try to sweep under the rug are being given the spotlight and a lot of people's nervous energy starts to come out. This entrepreneur was open and honest about his business model and downfalls.

When peter wants to invest I've noticed he never speaks first he always listens to all the investors then gives the friendliest offer and makes all the entrepreneurs choose him instead of the other investors
