Jenna Sue is back! 🤩 I have always said that interior designers cannot do exteriors. Most can't. The spaces are sooo different, it is very, very hard to switch from one to the other. As a landscape architect, I have worked with many interior people and they know it is true. We speak the same language and use the same principles but we think very differently, so they have OFTEN helped me. I watch you because I cannot do interiors. I love what you have done here! Props for delineating that one step drop down from the terrace to the deck, then to the second drop down, 2 steps, to the dining area. Also why did you stay so monochromatic? YOU really are a great talent. I knew that I hadn't seen the last of you. Can I ask what you used for decking? And what is the lowest terrace paving material? Since I have to find SOMETHING, seems like you could use a flowering vine or two. One on that utility area and another somewhere to break up the plane of that fence. I am 20 miles north of Tampa and "bleeding heart" is a good one. Jasmine and most others require too much maintenance. Beware of most vines for central FL. Could also add a pot or two of perennials, just for accent. Did you do your lighting yet? Would appreciate a night shot. Hope this finds you and your family well, you are by far, my favorite.

Also, it might not look like it, but this is a HUGE project. Did you manage to balance your cut and fill? I am sure you are well over your budget. But, an arbor or pergola over the dining area, might be more pleasant for mornings and lunches, as I think you are in FL. You really limbed that magnolia up very well, I think that is what it is. You are amazing. 🥰
