Please please please, don't get me wrong but the audio issue isn't caused by the mic. It is used by your vocal fry. Have you thought about putting covers over your “unsightly” books to make them fit the theme? People use news papers, wrapping paper, magazine pages, tissue paper, paper bags, bulletin paper, sheet music, scrapbook paper, contact paper, and pretty much anything else you can think of using or even print some cute designs to use! I’ve even seen cute fan art printed and used as book covers! I hope this helps to inspire someone’s creativity 😊

your room looks so cozy! 💖 i love the way you used different colors and materials, it makes your whole room look SO unique and not like the generic 'white with plants' room aesthetic so many people strive for. you inspired me so much for my university room decoration, i cannot thank you enough!! i want to give you a little help for your succulents in exchange :) make sure to plant them in the right type of soil (succulent & cacti earth is usually more grainy, and filled with a lot more sand than regular soil) and don't plant them into the pot directly, always use little planters made from plastic, and then put them in the bigger pots, that helps you control the amount of water you are giving them. when watering, make sure you don't overwater - succulents hate nothing more than standing in water. i'd recommend setting up a schedule in which you water - depening on the amount of humidity/sunshine of the area you live in, i'd recommend anywhere between every 7 to 14 days. allow them to soak up on your windowsill in the sun in summer, but if it gets too cold in winter, move them someplace else. something i also found useful with mine was to not pour the water onto the plant, but rather only onto the soil. that way it can be absorbed easier and your plant will be less prone to rotting from the stem. happy planting! 🌱

Loved this video...we are redoing my daughter's room right now. She's going for a cozy antique-y vibe...light gray on the walls, gray faux wood vinyl flooring, a collage wall of all black and white images, dark gray desk and bookcase. Her current bed, dresser, and vanity are all white, and she's keeping that, but we are getting her new bedding in tones of gray, white, black, and ivory. It's going to be stunning. This room is the bonus room above the garage, and it's the largest bedroom in the house (even bigger than my master bedroom!) We have 4 kids, and each oldest gets that room. When that one moves away to college, the next oldest moves into that room, so it's the third complete redo of that room. Usually when this changing of the guard takes place, all the other kids change bedrooms too. Lots of layers of paint in all our bedrooms. Except my master bedroom. I painted the walls red 20 years ago, and i'm still obsessed with it and never changing it! LOL. Great job working within your parents' house rules...good luck with the new apartment! ❤

Love the bedroom! I’m obsessed with the terra cotta orange color and mustard yellow right now so your vid caught my attention. I was really hoping you linked the linen rust orange canopy I’ve been looking all over for one that is linen and even if it isn’t rust orange if it was linen and even a beige color id be cool with it but UO is always sold out 😭 I did get a beautiful duvet cover with fringe in the rust color it would look perfect in your room (maybe or maybe a light beige or tan set then rust throw pillows and throw blanket since u already have the orange canopy so it’s not overly orange) god, I’m rambling lol I get so excited about home decor and stuff 😂 I’ll have to post pics for u to see when I’m done I have a lot of similar colors in my room and I might take some of your painting ideas they look awesome! Btw Take your succulents out of harsh direct sunlight u still want them near the window they need a lot of light just not to harsh and be sure to not over water them that looks like the problem with yours is to harsh light and to much water & invest in a cute little spray bottle to keep your plants moist and spray them a couple times a week and that’s usually good for mine then I water them foreal like only once every two weeks but I keep them sprayed often. They love warm humidity! If that doesn’t help sometimes repotting them with new soil in a bigger pot (so the root has room to grow) will help! Btw I subscribed and liked your video ❤️❤️ much love sister

Yup in 2020 some of the names/words people use without thinking is mind boggling (I think people would think twice if they were called Colonizer or Oppresser Shutters)! Simply calling them widow shutters or shutters would sufficiently describe them without being offensive and triggering to black people (or any respectable person that thanks treating any human like property is wrong)!
@leledeed904 жыл бұрын
FE Grace yes it’s horrible. But it’s just the name of shutters. It’s.bloody.window.shutters. Leave her alone y’all. It’s a name that has been probably passed down for generations. Yes plantations where absolutely horrible and disgusting. They should have never been a thing. And yes the name of these shutters should probably be changed. But if that’s what she called them then who cares? It’s a architectural name that has been given to them which I guess is what some people call them.
