Damn, that house looks like it comes straight from a Ghibli movie ! It truly gives off a special vibe, very homely. I especially like how the entrance is so lush and green ! Way to greet a tired tenant on his or her way back home. Sad to see you let it go, but I can totally imagine all the great moments you must have lived in there, as well as the great memories you'll keep from it.

The only aspect I would improve - contrast ratio of captions vs background; you can add slightly transparent black gradient behind text to make it clearly readable and recognizable without any cognitive load, like at 7:14 The easiest way is usually to keep captions on the same place at the corner of the screen and just use gradient from black to totally transparent.
