It might smell more strongly of garlic.. just a wild guess though. It's probably much more toxic. H2Se is much more toxic than H2S and I'd expect the trend to probably hold. Almost all the chalcogens compounds aside from oxides seem pretty unpleasant/dangerous; particularly the organic ones. Even with oxygen, epoxides are known carcinogens and organic peroxides just blow up in your face. How rude.
