One thing I did to add space & function in our Master closet was change to thin felt hangers & then add a pop top to each one to pair items on a second hanger. We turn the hanger the other direction after we wear the items so we have a clear view of what we're using 💝Hubbie built a shoe cabinet that has 40 compartments across bottom. Luv your ideas!!!

The closet looks so good! I love the buckets from dollar tree too! When i did my laundry room I used zip ties to hang 4 of them from the bottom of my wire shelf and i keep things like cleaning rags, dryer sheets, Dixie cups for mouth wash, and light bulbs in them. Love it!❤

I love Dollar Tree organization!! Your closet is so much more organized, congrats!! I'm a visual person and something that also helped with hanging was to have all the sames type hangers and then to group similar styles by category and then color organize them on the rainbow scale - "roygbiv" . It makes a really beautiful visual impact and teaches you where you might have gaps in your wardrobe or stylistic sensibilities. For instance, I rarely wear yellow. I'm super realistic with myself if I go shopping and come across something yellow now... ❤️🎉👍👍

I totally agree! I do love the way that looks but I like organizing my clothes by seasons or types of clothing, if that makes sense! So if i'm looking for a sleeveless shirt, I have all of those grouped together!

I need to do this with my closet! We moved in in August and didn't want to put too much stuff in my closet until January because we were having work done that didn't start until December. I was trying to be cheap and "use what I have", but I had TINY closets in our old house and now I have massive ones. Good problem to have, but my closet organization right now is all over the place. I especially like the white bins on top and the white bins for your leggings.

I love the thought of sweaters. I live in south Texas where we normally don’t get very cold. This las winter, we actually got below zero and a blizzard. Still didn’t need them….stayed inside the whole time.

Jamie-one things I’d suggest is over time switch all of your hangers to the velvet lined ones. You can pick them up at Home Goods, TJ Maxx, etc for reasonable prices. They prevent hanger lumps and stuff stays on the hanger!!

I got a lot of really good closet organizing stuff from IKEA and they were pretty cheap also. Also, Bed, Bath & Beyond has a lot of organization stuff for the whole house. The container store is also a good option.

I just moved to a new apartment and went to dollar tree to get some white bins (i had gone earlier last week and purchased a couple) to organize my pantry and i didn't find any more😭😭 there was only those blue ones they have lol, but I feel like white is cleaner and more fresh for some reason. Hello this is just my opinion, maybe you should do a DYI project and build a closet unit with shelves. I think the wire will eventually damage your walls with adding the extra pounds on top of shelves. Plus it will be aesthetically pleasing to the eye and good for resale.

Hi Jamie!! I love your videos! I saw your boots folded over in your video and I had the same issue of them always falling over! Here’s a quick and easy hack for your tall boots!! Get a small/skinny dollar store pool noodle and cut it to fit in your boots= no more creases!! Also I always see you putting your air fryer away and my mom just got us one but I haven’t used it yet!
