EXTREME CLEAN WITH ME! adhd cleaning tips tricks and motivation, office kitchen bedroom tidy up

Hey mama, loving your fur, baby girls, the rats! I haven’t had a rat in so long and I miss mine from so so long ago his name was tiptoe! I have extreme OCD and I go insane because my children never put anything back in the right spot they don’t clean up after themselves and it drives me insane so now that they have chores as teenagers, here’s a tip that I do that helps maintain and clean the house rather quickly since there is multiple teenagers in my house and helps out a ton! I call it pick up 10 or pick up 20 which means for less than a minute we will all go into one room and everybody will pick up either 10 items or 20 items depending if I call out 10 or 20 and it depends on how bad the room is. me +3 other kids if we all pick up 10 that means we picked up and put away 40 items if I call out pick up 20 then all together we have picked up and put away 80 items and we do this and literally a minute or less! This includes putting things away where they belong. This includes wiping down a countertop. This includes putting trash in the trash, or putting things by the door on the porch to go out to the trash just an array of things! Max out is two minutes of a minute isn’t enough time and then we call it quits if our house looks like a crazy tornado hit it will do this every hour on the hour for nearly 10 or 12 hours but you remember this is basically a 10 up to 12 minute pick up or max out of 20 up to 24 minutes pick up in a day!

How do you make sure that your rats don’t run away during free roam?

I usually close the door to my bedroom and let them free room around the room. I know a lot of people will buy tall cardboard boxes and make a little bit of a barrier like that though.

Thanks, I’m 13 and I really want rats but so far my parents hate the idea of having rats in the house. I haven’t asked them but I just know so I’m slowing working on it.
