This woman is changing the KZbin” game” IMO ! Don’t y’all think she’s doing an amazing job at helping us with everything we need to get done with our busy lives? ❤️ If there were a flood I’d definitely jump on her boat! She’s keeping me afloat! I’m so thankful. 💛✅ The video where you talked about the grocery basket at Walmart resonated with me and the one where you talked about taking breathes in the bathroom has helped tremendously. I just love you and I’ve been busy getting my house in order & i’m putting everything else on hold! You are amazing! I hope you are well and having the best day. ❤️🙌🏼

I’m so very thankful that I found your channel! I am like you, I love to clean my way to a calmer mindset. I had to stop this video so many times to just sit with my thoughts and quite frankly cry through a few things. This video hit home for me. I have 5 children, my smallest [he’s one] is pretty demanding. He cries a lot when I put him in his high chair [or anywhere really] to eat, I guess I don’t have things prepared quickly enough for him. 🤣 He is a high energy guy that seems to be very vocal. I’m prayerful that as he begins to talk, he can communicate what he wants. My mental health is really suffering due to the screaming he’s doing on a daily basis. I’m feeling lost and overwhelmed. But this channel has really helped….I watch during his naps. I love how you reference scripture. I take great comfort in Jesus and you talking about that puts a smile on my heart. I see I’m not alone and I’m in good company. 💕 Thank you again. Keep these coming, please.

What you say at the end of this video is so important. I also watch "do it on a dime" and at the end of her videos she says "you are enough". And one day she said that and I burst into tears!! When I was younger I would clean the house like crazy when I felt out of control because I could control that in my house. But now that I am older I can't do as much and then I get frustrated which makes it worse. It makes me feel like I am a total failure. I can get one room done then another is a mess, so I move to that room and the next is a mess. It is just never ending. It is so frustrating. Thank you for your encouragement.

Managing our thoughts. What excellent advice. I really needed to hear that right now. My last family member passed away a few days ago, my younger brother. In the pass 10 years I’ve lost my mom, dad, two older sisters and now my younger brother. One every two years. After my last sister died in 2019 my brother became very close and I told him not to leave me. So hearing your words about controlling my thoughts I think will be very helpful. Yes, I have also been cleaning my way through my feelings. So as before I will think now everyone in my family is watching out for me from out heavenly home and that does brin g me comfort. So Jenny know when you make these videos you are helping people ❤️ thank you

You are wonderful, Jenny! You just put in the world kindness and care and that's exactly what you get back. I read recently that if that is someone's default mode of operation, by projecting kindness, love and care when interacting with others, then it's more likely for others to respond in kind, because our brains respond to kindness and friendship. Blessings!

Wow Jenny, I am absolutely speechless. I am going through a very tough time and I needed to hear this. I love your voice and I absolutely love your viewpoint on our thoughts. I believe cleaning is 100% therapeutic. I have disconnected my way to “clean my way to calm”. I am a firm believer that a clean house is a clearer mind but with the stage in my life I am just noticing I have so much to do and just keep going in circles of what needs to be done with out satisfaction or joy. Thus creating more anxiety. Coming across this video is my checkpoint that I am off. I need to slow down and breath. Thank you 💕

You did a great insightful video. I do not have anxiety or depression like loads of people do. But I do have cognitive issues. My brain cannot process things at times. That panic attack story about the bridge and picking up your husband reminded me of my own issues I had. Soo I have severe low back disc disease. I have to get injections every 2 months to function better. Back in 2016, I saw a doctor and he recommended I do injections instead of always relying on medications. After that first injection, that caused me to panic. I never knew when it would be painful or not so bad. Each time, they would take my blood pressure and when they got it, use to asked if I was sick or feeling bad. They learned that I was having a panic attack. They would take the pressure before and after. And literally after the injection, I'd have normal pressure. I have since learned to give this panic to God and allow him to work on me during the injection. As such, I'm getting better. The doctor does one injection and does it quick without being too quick. It does hurt, but he's so warm and caring it helps calm me down.

Thank you for this lovely video. I have been watching you for a short while and have recently been trying to manage my anxiety and depression. I am a carer for my very sick and disabled husband and often become very anxious. Your video helps me to understand why cleaning my bathroom helps my anxiety and that knowing it is clean will calm my thoughts and mind. Doing that each day triggers me into cleaning my other rooms, not to perfection but to a liveable anxiety calming conclusion. I realise that some people think I'm obsessed with a clean bathroom and they often say it's clean enough to eat in, but that's not the point. The point is that if my bathroom is clean so are my thoughts more healthier. Weird, right? But it works for me in the UK.

I've never heard of the Romans verse, I looked it up and love it so much! Thank you for sharing all this. It really hit home. My cat is sleeping between my legs right now so I 'can't' stand up, but as soon as she wakes up I'll get up and get some things done too - hopefully continuing to change patterns and reform my mind ❤️

Haha and guess who decided to wake up as soon as I hit the return button 🤣 well, as promised, I'm getting up (partly regretting having said that I would lol, but looking forward to a completely cleaned home too, which I'm working towards after having had a mess and never being able to get it completely cleaned for years)

Hi Jenny! I'm so glad I found you. This is the first video of yours that I've seen and I immediately subscribed. I have struggled with anxiety, panic and depression for years. Some times are better than others. My depression is high right now and my house shows it. Thank you for the motivation.

Just fantastic Jenny, I really applaud you for being willing to put yourself out there & stick to your mission for your channel. Though I can only speak for myself, I know I’m not the only one that believes you have a true gift to share here & a beautiful way of doing it. There’s not a more real way to encourage others than for it to come from someone whose going through it themselves. You will make others feel braver & give them hope. What a blessing to be a servant of God in this way & gather us all in encouraging fellowship together. On a platform where so many use the analytics to further their own gain, you are using it to help your audience. It’s beautiful❤️🙏

I saw your channel mentioned by a subscriber of yours who also watching another channel I watch. I deal with depression and anxiety and I do like a clean house, but I also deal with chronic pain. I slowly do what I can, but it seems like the dirty is faster than me and that in itself is depressing.

I learned a great trick to clean your microwave. Put a microwave safe bowl in the microwave. Turn it on for 4 minutes and use oven mitts to take it out. Then just wipe it clean with a clean cloth.

Thank you so much for your video. I do suffer from intense anxiety. My anxiety is on high when I have clutter in my home or misplaced toys or clothes. Cleaning to me is very therapeutic and relaxing to me. I love your videos. Faith is so important. Learning to control how we think or respond to certain things is the hardest for me. I love your beautiful white pillows on your couch. Where did you get them? We are fixing to move into our brand new home next month and O am looking for decor and accessories like your beautiful pillows. I love the blue ones too. I can't wait to see the next video.

I’ve never struggled with depression or anxiety but that’s not to say that my thoughts haven’t hampered me in the past. I think you hit the nail on the head buy saying our thoughts have a lot to do with how we feel. Our thoughts become our actions. I enjoyed your chat in this video - it has given me food for thought 😉

Thank you for this video. I had never thought about thoughts this way. You have really got me to thinking. I would like to see more videos like this one. I find that it helps when you speak in your videos. I wish that I could clean as you do and for it to help my depression and anxiety. Please pray that I can do this. I do enjoy it when I am able to clean. I struggle with Depression, Anxiety, & Agoraphobia. Lately, my depression has been up. Sometimes when I wake up I am more depressed and other times it happens shortly after I get up. Lots of times I go back to bed and try to sleep. A few mornings I get up and do some activity and that helps. I'm also struggling because July 11th is the anniversary of my son's death. It is so hard having mental illness.
